اختتمت مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة حمص اليوم الخميس فعاليات الدورة التدريبية لمعلمي الحلقة الأولى حول الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي في حالات الطوارئ.

وأوضح رئيس دائرة التأهيل والتدريب التربوي في مديرية تربية حمص زكريا صطوف في تصريح خاص لـ\"العاصمة نيوز\"، أن الدورة التي استمرت خمسة أيام جمعت نحو 100 متدرب توزعوا على ثلاث نقاط تدريبية شملت مدرسة الفجر في قرية آبل، ومركز التدريب التربوي على الحاسوب بحمص، ومدينة الرستن، مشيراً إلى أن الهدف من الدورة هو دعم المعلمين وتعزيز مهاراتهم في التواصل الفعّال لمساعدتهم على أداء دورهم التعليمي بكفاءة أكبر، إلى جانب تقديم الدعم اللازم للطلاب وتجاوز العقبات النفسية التي قد تواجههم، مما يسهم في تحسين البيئة التعليمية ورفع مستواها.

بدورها، أوضحت موجهة الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي في دائرة البحوث بالمديرية نعيمة مرعي أن الدورة شملت محاور متعددة تمحورت حول أساليب الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي وطرق تطبيقه، وكيفية التعامل مع الطلاب، ومهارات الدعم النفسي لمقدمي الرعاية الاجتماعية، مشيرة إلى أن الدورة تناولت أيضاً الأنشطة الترفيهية المنظمة التي تسهم في تقديم هذا الدعم وأساليب تنفيذها بطريقة فعّالة.

من جانبها، أكدت المتدربة ريماس حمود على أهمية الدورة التي زودتها بمهارات الدعم الذاتي وأساليب تقديم الدعم النفسي للطلاب، مما ينعكس إيجاباً على العملية التعليمية ويمكن المعلمين من أداء واجباتهم وتحقيق فائدة ملموسة للطلاب.

كما أشار المتدرب خالد دياب إلى ضرورة هذه الدورات في تعزيز خبرات الكوادر التعليمية والتربوية، لافتاً إلى أنها تسهم في فهم أعمق لطرق التعامل مع الطلاب ودعمهم نفسياً، إضافة إلى تقديم الرعاية النفسية الذاتية للمعلمين لتمكينهم من مواجهة التحديات بكفاءة أثناء تأديتهم دورهم التربوي والتعليمي.

وتحرص وزارة التربية والتعليم من خلال خططها للتأهيل والتدريب على تحسين أداء كوادرها التعليمية عبر إكسابهم المهارات اللازمة لتطوير سير العملية التعليمية بشكل مستدام وفعّال.

The Directorate of Education in Homs Governorate concluded today, Thursday, the training course for first cycle teachers on psychosocial support in emergency situations.

Zakaria Satouf, Head of the Rehabilitation and Educational Training Department at the Homs Education Directorate, told Al-Asima News that the five-day course gathered about 100 trainees distributed across three training locations: Al-Fajr School in the village of Aabel, the Educational Computer Training Center in Homs, and the city of Rastan. He indicated that the course aims to support teachers and enhance their communication skills to help them perform their educational role more effectively, alongside providing necessary support to students and overcoming psychological obstacles they may face, contributing to improving and elevating the educational environment.

Naima Marai, Psychological and Social Guidance Counselor at the Directorate's Research Department, explained that the course covered several topics focusing on psychosocial support methods, their application, how to deal with students, and psychological support skills for social care providers. She pointed out that the course also addressed organized recreational activities that contribute to delivering this support and effective implementation methods.

Participant Rimas Hammoud emphasized the importance of the course, which equipped her with self-support skills and methods of providing psychological support to students, positively reflecting on the educational process and enabling teachers to fulfill their duties and achieve tangible benefits for students.

Participant Khaled Diab highlighted the necessity of such courses in enhancing the expertise of educational and teaching staff, noting that they contribute to a deeper understanding of ways to interact with and support students psychologically, as well as providing self-psychological care for teachers to enable them to handle challenges efficiently during their educational and teaching roles.

The Ministry of Education is keen, through its qualification and training plans, to improve the performance of its educational staff by equipping them with the necessary skills to sustainably and effectively develop the educational process.

La Direction de l'éducation de la province de Homs a clôturé aujourd'hui, jeudi, la formation destinée aux enseignants du premier cycle sur le soutien psychosocial en situations d'urgence.

Zakaria Satouf, chef du département de réhabilitation et de formation pédagogique à la Direction de l'éducation de Homs, a déclaré à Al-Asima News que la formation de cinq jours a réuni environ 100 stagiaires répartis sur trois sites de formation : l'école Al-Fajr dans le village d'Aabel, le centre de formation pédagogique informatique à Homs, et la ville de Rastan. Il a indiqué que l'objectif de la formation est de soutenir les enseignants et de renforcer leurs compétences en communication afin de les aider à remplir leur rôle éducatif plus efficacement, tout en fournissant le soutien nécessaire aux élèves pour surmonter les obstacles psychologiques, contribuant ainsi à améliorer et élever l'environnement éducatif.

Homs Eğitim Müdürlüğü Rehabilitasyon ve Eğitim Eğitimi Bölümü Başkanı Zakaria Satouf, Al-Asima Haber'e yaptığı açıklamada, beş gün süren kursun yaklaşık 100 katılımcıyı üç eğitim noktasında topladığını; bu noktaların Aabel köyündeki Al-Fajr Okulu, Homs'taki Eğitim Bilgisayar Eğitim Merkezi ve Rastan şehri olduğunu belirtti. Kursun amacının öğretmenleri desteklemek ve etkili iletişim becerilerini geliştirerek eğitim rollerini daha etkin yerine getirmelerine yardımcı olmak olduğunu, aynı zamanda öğrencilere gereken desteği sunarak karşılaşabilecekleri psikolojik engelleri aşmalarına katkı sağladığını ifade etti.
