\n\nأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن أمن المواطنين وحماية السلم الأهلي ومنع عودة الإرهاب تمثل أولوية وطنية قصوى، في ظل التطورات الميدانية الأخيرة في محافظة الحسكة، وما صاحبها من محاولات تضليل إعلامي وتوظيف سياسي لقضية معتقلي تنظيم داعش من قبل قوات سوريا الديمقراطية.
\n\nوأوضحت الوزارة في تصريح لها اليوم الاثنين بخصوص السجون في محافظة الحسكة، أنه انطلاقاً من مسؤولياتها الدستورية والقانونية، فهي جاهزة بشكل كامل لاستلام إدارة وتأمين سجون عناصر تنظيم داعش في المحافظة، وفق المعايير الدولية المعتمدة، وبما يضمن منع أي خرق أمني أو محاولات فرار، مؤكدة استعدادها للتنسيق المباشر مع الجانب الأمريكي في إطار الجهود المشتركة لمنع عودة الإرهاب وضمان أمن المنطقة واستقرارها.
\n\nوحملت الوزارة قوات سوريا الديمقراطية (قسد) المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي حالات هروب أو إطلاق سراح لعناصر التنظيم من السجون الواقعة تحت سيطرتها، ولا سيما ما جرى في سجن الشدادي، معتبرة ذلك خرقاً أمنياً خطيراً يهدد الأمن السوري والإقليمي والدولي.
\n\nوأشارت الوزارة إلى أنها أتمت تجهيز قوة خاصة مشتركة من إدارة المهام الخاصة وإدارة السجون، مهمتها استلام السجون وتأمين محيطها وإدارتها الداخلية، مع تطبيق أعلى معايير الحراسة والاحتجاز ومنع أي محاولات تسلل أو تهريب.
\n\nوجددت الوزارة رفضها القاطع لمحاولات قسد استخدام ملف معتقلي داعش كورقة ابتزاز سياسي ضد الدولة السورية، أو ربط استعادة سيادة الدولة وبسط القانون بما يسمى “خطر السجون”، مؤكدة أن هذه المحاولات مكشوفة ولا تخدم سوى إعادة إنتاج الفوضى وتهديد أمن المدنيين.
\n\nوختمت الوزارة تصريحها بالتأكيد على أن استعادة مؤسسات الدولة الشرعية وبسط سيادة القانون يشكلان الضمانة الوحيدة والدائمة للأمن والاستقرار، وأن الدولة السورية شريك فاعل في الجهود الدولية لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنع عودته تحت أي ذريعة كانت.
\n\nوكانت قوات الجيش العربي السوري قد بدأت اليوم الاثنين دخول مدينة الشدادي جنوب الحسكة، بعد قيام قسد بإطلاق سراح عناصر من تنظيم داعش من سجن الشدادي، كما بدأت عملية الانتشار في منطقة الجزيرة السورية لتأمينها بموجب الاتفاق بين الدولة السورية وقوات سوريا الديمقراطية.

\n\nIn a statement today, Monday, regarding prisons in Al-Hasakah, the ministry clarified that based on its constitutional and legal responsibilities, it is fully ready to take over the management and securing of ISIS detainee prisons in the governorate according to international standards, ensuring prevention of any security breaches or escape attempts. It also confirmed its readiness to coordinate directly with the US side within joint efforts to prevent terrorism's return and guarantee the region's security and stability.
\n\nThe ministry held the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fully responsible for any escapes or releases of ISIS members from prisons under their control, especially what occurred at Al-Shaddadi prison, considering it a serious security breach threatening Syrian, regional, and international security.
\n\nThe ministry indicated that it has formed a special joint force from the Special Tasks Directorate and the Prisons Directorate, tasked with taking over the prisons, securing their surroundings, and managing their internal affairs, applying the highest standards of guarding and detention to prevent any infiltration or smuggling attempts.
\n\nThe ministry reiterated its firm rejection of SDF's attempts to use the ISIS detainees' file as a political blackmail tool against the Syrian state or linking the restoration of state sovereignty and law enforcement to the so-called “prison threat,” emphasizing that these attempts are transparent and only serve to reproduce chaos and threaten civilian security.
\n\nThe ministry concluded its statement by confirming that restoring legitimate state institutions and enforcing the rule of law are the sole and permanent guarantees of security and stability, and that the Syrian state is an active partner in international efforts to combat terrorism and prevent its return under any pretext.
\n\nEarlier today, the Syrian Arab Army began entering Al-Shaddadi city south of Al-Hasakah after the SDF released ISIS members from Al-Shaddadi prison. The army also started deploying in the Syrian Jazira region to secure it according to the agreement between the Syrian state and the Syrian Democratic Forces.

\n\nDans une déclaration aujourd'hui, lundi, concernant les prisons d'Al-Hasakah, le ministère a précisé qu'en vertu de ses responsabilités constitutionnelles et légales, il est pleinement prêt à prendre en charge la gestion et la sécurisation des prisons des membres de l'État islamique dans la gouvernance, conformément aux normes internationales, garantissant la prévention de toute brèche de sécurité ou tentative d'évasion.
