\n\nوجه الرئيس أحمد الشرع نداءً للكرد السوريين بعدم تصديق روايات الفتنة، داعياً إلى العودة الآمنة والمشاركة الكاملة في بناء سوريا كوطن واحد يشمل جميع أبنائه، معلناً عن إصدار مرسوم خاص يكفل حقوق الكرد وخصوصياتهم.
\n\nوقال الرئيس الشرع في كلمة مصورة:
\n\nبسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، قال الله تعالى: “وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِل لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ”، إن الله جعل التقوى والصلاح معياراً أعلى من الانتماءات القومية، فلا فضل لعربي أو كردي أو تركي أو غيرهم إلا بتقوى الله وصلاح الإنسان، مهما كانت قوميته.
\n\nيا أهلنا الكرد، يا أحفاد صلاح الدين، حذارِ من تصديق روايات تدعي أن هناك نية لإلحاق الضرر بكم، فوالله من يسيء إليكم هو خصم لنا إلى يوم الدين، حياتنا مرتبطة بحياتكم، ونحن نريد فقط صلاح البلاد والعباد والتنمية والإعمار ووحدة الوطن، ولا ينبغي أن يغيب أحد عن نصيبه من هذا الخير.
\n\nوأنا اليوم أتشرف بإصدار مرسوم خاص لأهلنا الكرد يضمن حقوقهم وبعض خصوصياتهم وفق نص القانون، وأحث كل من هُجر قسراً أن يعود بأمان وسلام دون شروط سوى التخلي عن السلاح، وأدعو الجميع للمشاركة الفعالة في بناء الوطن والحفاظ على سلامته ووحدته، وندعُو إلى نبذ كل ما يهدد ذلك، والله ولي التوفيق.

\n\nPresident Ahmed Al-Shar urged Syrian Kurds not to believe in divisive narratives, calling for a safe return and full participation in building Syria as one nation encompassing all its people. He announced the issuance of a special decree guaranteeing Kurdish rights and their specificities.
\n\nIn a recorded speech, President Al-Shar said:
\n\nIn the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, God said: \"And We made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you.\" God has elevated righteousness and piety above all affiliations; no Arab, Kurd, Turk, or others have superiority except by piety and righteousness, regardless of their ethnicity.
\n\nO our Kurdish people, descendants of Salah al-Din, beware of believing narratives that claim harm is intended against you. By God, whoever harms you is our adversary until the Day of Judgment. Our life is connected to yours. We seek only the welfare of the country and its people, development, reconstruction, and national unity, and no one should be deprived of this good.
\n\nToday, I am honored to issue a special decree for our Kurdish people that guarantees their rights and some of their specificities under the law. I urge all those forcibly displaced to return safely and peacefully without any conditions except disarmament. I call for active participation in building this homeland and preserving its safety and unity, and to reject all that threatens this, and God is the grantor of success.

\n\nLe président Ahmed Al-Shar a exhorté les Kurdes syriens à ne pas croire aux récits de division, appelant à un retour en toute sécurité et à une participation complète à la construction de la Syrie en tant que nation unique englobant tous ses habitants. Il a annoncé l'émission d'un décret spécial garantissant les droits des Kurdes et leurs spécificités.
\n\nDans un discours enregistré, le président Al-Shar a déclaré :
\n\nAu nom de Dieu, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux, Dieu a dit : « Et Nous vous avons fait des peuples et des tribus afin que vous vous connaissiez. Certes, le plus noble d'entre vous auprès de Dieu est le plus pieux d'entre vous. » Dieu a élevé la piété et la droiture au-dessus de toutes les affiliations ; aucun Arabe, Kurde, Turc ou autre n'a de supériorité sauf par la piété et la droiture, quelle que soit son ethnie.
\n\nÔ notre peuple kurde, descendants de Salah al-Din, méfiez-vous de croire aux récits prétendant qu'on veut vous nuire. Par Dieu, quiconque vous nuit est notre adversaire jusqu'au Jour du Jugement. Notre vie est liée à la vôtre. Nous ne cherchons que le bien du pays et de ses habitants, le développement, la reconstruction et l'unité nationale, et personne ne doit être privé de ce bien.
\n\nAujourd'hui, j'ai l'honneur d'émettre un décret spécial pour notre peuple kurde qui garantit leurs droits et certaines de leurs spécificités selon la loi. J'exhorte tous ceux qui ont été déplacés de force à revenir en toute sécurité et paix sans aucune condition sauf le désarmement. J'appelle à une participation active à la construction de cette patrie et à la préservation de sa sécurité et de son unité, et à rejeter tout ce qui menace cela, et Dieu est le garant du succès.

\n\nCumhurbaşkanı Ahmed El-Şer, Suriyeli Kürtleri bölücü anlatılara inanmamaya çağırdı, güvenli geri dönüş ve tüm halkını kapsayan tek bir ülke olarak Suriye'nin inşasına tam katılım çağrısında bulundu. Kürtlerin haklarını ve özgünlüklerini garanti eden özel bir kararname yayımladığını duyurdu.
\n\nCumhurbaşkanı El-Şer, kaydedilmiş konuşmasında şunları söyledi:
\n\nRahman ve Rahim Allah'ın adıyla, Allah şöyle buyurmuştur: “Ve sizi halklar ve kabileler kıldık ki birbirinizi tanıyasınız. Şüphesiz Allah katında en değerliniz, en takvalınızdır.” Allah, bağlılıkların üzerinde takva ve doğruluğu yüceltti; Arap, Kürt, Türk veya diğerlerinin üstünlüğü ancak takva ve doğruluk ile mümkündür, etnik köken fark etmeksizin.
\n\nKürt kardeşlerimiz, Selahaddin torunları, size zarar vermek istendiğine dair anlatılara inanmayın. Allah'a yemin ederim, size zarar veren günahkardır ve sonsuza dek düşmanımızdır. Hayatımız sizin hayatınızla bağlıdır. Biz sadece ülkenin ve halkının iyiliğini, kalkınmayı, imarı ve ulusal birliği istiyoruz ve kimse bu iyilikten mahrum kalmamalıdır.
\n\nBugün, Kürt kardeşlerimizin haklarını ve bazı özgünlüklerini yasal olarak garanti altına alan özel bir kararnameyi yayımlamaktan onur duyuyorum. Zorla yerinden edilen herkesi silahsızlanmak koşuluyla güvenli ve barış içinde geri dönmeye çağırıyorum. Bu vatanın inşasına aktif katılımı ve güvenliğinin, birliğinin korunmasını talep ediyor, tehdit eden her şeyi reddediyoruz. Allah başarıyı verir.
