عقدت محافظة حلب يوم الإثنين اجتماعاً خدمياً موسعاً بمشاركة الجهات المعنية وعدد من الصناعيين في منطقة الليرمون، لمناقشة سبل تسريع إعادة تشغيل المنطقة الصناعية بهدف تنشيط الاقتصاد ومعالجة آثار الحرب.

وأوضح عضو المكتب التنفيذي لمجلس المحافظة المهندس يوسف الشبلي أن الخطة الطارئة الفورية بدأت تنفيذها، وتركز على إزالة العوائق المادية عبر إزالة السواتر وفتح وتطهير الشوارع الرئيسية والفرعية خلال الأيام القادمة، بالإضافة إلى تحسين الخدمات الأساسية مثل الكهرباء والاتصالات والنقل، ودعم استقرار العمل من خلال التنسيق مع الجهات المختلفة لتذليل العقبات الإدارية وتوفير بيئة ملائمة للصناعة.

من جانبهم، عرض أصحاب المعامل التحديات التي تواجههم، والتي شملت ضمان توفير كهرباء منتظمة وعالية الجودة، وصيانة وترميم الطرق الرئيسية والداخلية، وإزالة الأنقاض والمخلفات الناتجة عن الأضرار، بالإضافة إلى تطوير خدمات الاتصالات والإنترنت والنقل العام للعاملين.

وأشار رئيس غرفة صناعة حلب عماد طه القاسم إلى إنشاء صندوق دعم خاص بمنطقة الليرمون الصناعية، والعمل على تقديم حوافز وتسهيلات تشجيعية للصناعيين لإعادة تشغيل منشآتهم.

وأكد ممثلو الجهات الخدمية المعنية (الكهرباء، الاتصالات، النقل، البلدية) جاهزيتهم التامة للتعاون وتحسين مستوى الخدمات وتسريع الإجراءات اللازمة لتسهيل عودة النشاط للمصانع والمعامل.

وتضم المنطقة مئات المعامل والمصانع المتوسطة والصغيرة في قطاعات متنوعة مثل النسيج، الملبوسات، الصناعات الغذائية، البلاستيك، والصناعات الهندسية والمعدنية الخفيفة، وقد تعرضت لأضرار كبيرة نتيجة اعتداءات النظام السابق وتنظيم قسد، ما أثر سلباً على بنيتها التحتية وقدرتها الإنتاجية.

The Aleppo Governorate held an expanded service meeting on Monday with relevant authorities and several industrialists in the Al-Layramoun area to discuss ways to accelerate the reopening of the industrial zone, aiming to boost the economy and address the impacts of the war.

Engineer Youssef Al-Shibli, member of the executive office of the provincial council, explained that an immediate emergency plan has been implemented, focusing on removing physical obstacles by clearing barriers and opening and cleaning main and secondary streets in the coming days. Additionally, efforts are underway to secure basic services by improving electricity, communications, and transportation, while supporting work stability through coordination with all parties to overcome administrative obstacles and provide a supportive environment for industry.

Factory owners presented the challenges they face, focusing on ensuring a stable and high-quality electricity supply, maintenance and repair of main and internal roads, removal of debris and damage remnants, and development of communication, internet, and public transport services for workers.

Emad Taha Al-Qassem, head of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, pointed to the establishment of a special support fund for the Al-Layramoun industrial zone and the provision of incentive packages to encourage industrialists to resume operations.

Representatives of the concerned service authorities (electricity, communications, transportation, municipality) confirmed their full readiness to cooperate, improve service levels, and expedite procedures to facilitate the return of activity to factories and workshops.

The area includes hundreds of medium and small factories operating in various sectors such as textiles, clothing, food industries, plastics, and light engineering and metal industries. Like other industrial zones in Aleppo, it suffered significant damage due to attacks by the former regime and the SDF, negatively affecting its infrastructure and production capacity.

Halep Sanayi Odası Başkanı Emad Taha El-Kasem, Al-Layramoun sanayi bölgesi için özel bir destek fonu kurulacağını ve sanayicilerin tesislerini yeniden faaliyete geçirmeleri için teşvik paketleri sunulacağını belirtti.
