    "content": "<p>حلب-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>عقدت اللجنة المركزية لاستجابة حلب، برئاسة محافظ حلب عزّام الغريب، اجتماعاً تنسيقياً اليوم الإثنين في مبنى محافظة حلب، خصص لمناقشة تسريع عودة السكان إلى منازلهم في حيّي الأشرفية والشيخ مقصود.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5309b91b9bdca927135ef81bef2a6ac77fe34134.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>واستعرض الاجتماع الأعمال التي تم تنفيذها خلال الفترة الماضية وقيم مستوى الخدمات، بالتزامن مع دخول مؤسسات الدولة الخدمية إلى الأحياء المعنية لإعادة تشغيل الخدمات الأساسية.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأوضحت اللجنة أن الأهالي بدأوا منذ أيام بالعودة إلى منازلهم في حي الأشرفية، فيما تستمر الجهود لاستكمال تأمين حي الشيخ مقصود تمهيداً لعودة السكان إليه.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f58fbc6b9bde979ce8528d04956a465f62ac0648.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>وتعمل اللجنة، بمشاركة مديرية الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث، ومديريات الصحة والشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل والتعاون الدولي، ضمن إطار تنسيقي موحد لمعالجة الواقع الخدمي في المنطقة.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأكدت اللجنة أن المرحلة المقبلة ستركز على تحسين البنية التحتية ورفع مستوى الخدمات لتوفير الظروف الملائمة لعودة الأهالي واستقرارهم.</p>\n\n<p>وتتابع كتائب الهندسة في الجيش العربي السوري عمليات تفكيك الألغام التي زرعها تنظيم قسد في الأحياء المحيطة بحي الشيخ مقصود، بينما بدأ مجلس مدينة حلب تنفيذ خطة خدمية في الحي تهدف إلى تهيئة الظروف المناسبة لعودة السكان بعد إخراج تنظيم قسد منه.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/e8358dcbfc6b6103923ce8da7ccdf16f588e6392.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/8450c0442f2566890e7cc863f91c6919e184a3c0.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/16d860837dd83c3a6bf3f7d92ec04ef16f4dacad.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f32e4bc616be8bae60d00f81da295792bcd97f4b.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",

    "title": "Aleppo Central Response Committee Discusses Accelerating Residents’ Return to Al-Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsoud",
    "content": "<p>Aleppo - Capital News</p>\n\n<p>The Central Committee for Aleppo Response, chaired by Aleppo Governor Azzam Al-Gharib, held a coordination meeting today, Monday, at the Aleppo governorate building dedicated to accelerating the return of residents to their homes in the neighborhoods of Al-Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsoud.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5309b91b9bdca927135ef81bef2a6ac77fe34134.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>The meeting reviewed the works carried out during the past period and evaluated the level of services, coinciding with the entry of state service institutions into the concerned neighborhoods to restore basic services.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>The committee stated that residents have begun returning to their homes in Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood in recent days, while efforts continue to secure Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in preparation for the residents’ return.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f58fbc6b9bde979ce8528d04956a465f62ac0648.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>The committee, with the participation of the Directorate of Emergency and Disaster Management, and the directorates of health, social affairs, labor, and international cooperation, works within a unified coordination framework to address the service reality in the area.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>The committee confirmed that the upcoming phase will focus on improving infrastructure and raising service levels to create suitable conditions for the return and stability of residents.</p>\n\n<p>Engineering battalions of the Syrian Arab Army continue dismantling mines planted by the SDF organization in neighborhoods surrounding Sheikh Maqsoud, while the Aleppo City Council has started implementing a service plan in the neighborhood aimed at preparing suitable conditions for residents’ return after the SDF was expelled.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/e8358dcbfc6b6103923ce8da7ccdf16f588e6392.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/8450c0442f2566890e7cc863f91c6919e184a3c0.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/16d860837dd83c3a6bf3f7d92ec04ef16f4dacad.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f32e4bc616be8bae60d00f81da295792bcd97f4b.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",

    "content": "<p>Alep - Capital News</p>\n\n<p>La commission centrale de réponse à Alep, présidée par le gouverneur d’Alep Azzam Al-Gharib, a tenu aujourd’hui lundi une réunion de coordination au bâtiment du gouvernorat d’Alep, consacrée à l’accélération du retour des habitants dans les quartiers d’Al-Achrafieh et de Cheikh Maqsoud.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5309b91b9bdca927135ef81bef2a6ac77fe34134.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>La réunion a passé en revue les travaux réalisés durant la période écoulée et évalué le niveau des services, parallèlement à l’entrée des institutions publiques de service dans les quartiers concernés pour rétablir les services de base.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>La commission a indiqué que les habitants ont commencé à revenir dans leurs maisons du quartier d’Al-Achrafieh depuis quelques jours, tandis que les efforts se poursuivent pour sécuriser le quartier de Cheikh Maqsoud en vue du retour des résidents.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f58fbc6b9bde979ce8528d04956a465f62ac0648.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>La commission, avec la participation de la Direction des urgences et de la gestion des catastrophes, ainsi que des directions de la santé, des affaires sociales, du travail et de la coopération internationale, travaille dans un cadre de coordination unifié pour traiter la situation des services dans la région.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>La commission a confirmé que la prochaine phase se concentrera sur l’amélioration des infrastructures et l’élévation du niveau des services afin de créer les conditions nécessaires au retour et à la stabilité des habitants.</p>\n\n<p>Les bataillons du génie de l’armée arabe syrienne poursuivent les opérations de déminage des mines posées par l’organisation SDF dans les quartiers entourant Cheikh Maqsoud, tandis que le conseil municipal d’Alep a commencé à mettre en œuvre un plan de services dans le quartier visant à préparer les conditions favorables au retour des habitants après l’expulsion du SDF.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/e8358dcbfc6b6103923ce8da7ccdf16f588e6392.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/8450c0442f2566890e7cc863f91c6919e184a3c0.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/16d860837dd83c3a6bf3f7d92ec04ef16f4dacad.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f32e4bc616be8bae60d00f81da295792bcd97f4b.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",

Devlet hizmet kurumlarının temel hizmetleri yeniden başlatmak üzere ilgili mahallelere girmesiyle eş zamanlı olarak bu değerlendirme yapıldı.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>Komite, sakinlerin birkaç gündür El-İşrefiye mahallesindeki evlerine dönmeye başladığını, Şeyh Maksud mahallesinin güvenliğinin sağlanmasının ise devam ettiğini ve böylece sakinlerin dönüşüne hazırlık yapıldığını belirtti.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/f58fbc6b9bde979ce8528d04956a465f62ac0648.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Komite, Acil Durum ve Afet Yönetimi Müdürlüğü ile Sağlık, Sosyal İşler, Çalışma ve Uluslararası İşbirliği müdürlüklerinin katılımıyla, bölgede hizmet durumunu iyileştirmek için tek koordinasyon çerçevesinde çalışmaktadır.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>Komite, önümüzdeki dönemde altyapının geliştirilmesi ve hizmet seviyesinin yükseltilmesine odaklanarak, sakinlerin dönüşü ve bölgede istikrarın sağlanması için uygun koşulların oluşturulacağını vurguladı.</p>\n\n<p>Suriye Arap Ordusu mühendis taburları, Şeyh Maksud çevresindeki mahallelerde SDF tarafından yerleştirilen mayınları temizleme çalışmalarını sürdürüyor.
