\n\nأعلنت وزارة الصحة السورية عن ارتفاع عدد الضحايا المدنيين نتيجة استهداف تنظيم قسد للأحياء السكنية في مدينة حلب منذ أمس، حيث بلغ عدد القتلى أربعة مدنيين، بالإضافة إلى إصابة 18 آخرين.
\n\nوأكدت الوزارة في بيان لها اليوم أن استهداف التنظيم للمنشآت الطبية، لا سيما مشفى حلب للأمراض الداخلية، يعد جريمة واضحة وانتهاكاً صارخاً للقوانين الدولية والأعراف الإنسانية التي تحمي المؤسسات الصحية.
\n\nوأوضحت الوزارة أنها تتابع بقلق بالغ التطورات الميدانية في المدينة، في ظل التصعيد العسكري المستمر الذي يستهدف الأحياء السكنية والمنشآت الحيوية، مشيرة إلى أنه تم إسعاف المصابين فوراً إلى المشافي التابعة لها لتلقي الرعاية الطبية والجراحية اللازمة، حيث يبذل الكادر الطبي أقصى جهوده لإنقاذ حياتهم.
\n\nوأشارت الوزارة إلى استمرار حالة الاستنفار الكامل في جميع مشافي محافظة حلب، مع توفر كامل المخزون الاحتياطي من الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية ووحدات الدم، لضمان الجاهزية التامة للتعامل مع أي طارئ، داعيةً المواطنين في المناطق المتأثرة إلى:
• توخي أقصى درجات الحذر.
• الالتزام بالأماكن الآمنة والابتعاد عن الشرفات والنوافذ.
• ضرورة التواصل الفوري مع منظومة الإسعاف السريع على الرقم 110 عند وقوع أي إصابة.
وشددت الوزارة على أهمية عدم الانجرار وراء الشائعات، والاعتماد حصراً على منصاتها الرسمية للحصول على المعلومات والإحصائيات الدقيقة، معربة عن تعازيها الحارة لأسر الشهداء ومتمنية الشفاء العاجل للجرحى.
\n\nوكان قد استشهد أحد عناصر الجيش العربي السوري وأصيب آخرون بجروح أمس، جراء استهداف تنظيم قسد بطائرات مسيرة مواقع انتشار الجيش في محيط حي الشيخ مقصود بمدينة حلب، كما استشهد 3 مدنيين بينهم امرأتان وأصيب نحو 15 بجروح متفاوتة، بينهم طفلتان، في قصف التنظيم لأحياء سكنية في المدينة.
\n\nواستهدف التنظيم اليوم حي السريان بالقذائف، ورد الجيش العربي السوري على مصادر النيران.
\n\nوأعلنت هيئة العمليات في الجيش العربي السوري صباح اليوم أن جميع مواقع تنظيم قسد العسكرية داخل أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية تشكل أهدافاً عسكرية مشروعة، وذلك بعد التصعيد الكبير للتنظيم باتجاه أحياء حلب وارتكابه العديد من المجازر بحق المدنيين.
\n\nودعت الهيئة المدنيين في أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية إلى الابتعاد الفوري عن مواقع تنظيم قسد، مبينة فتح ممرين إنسانيين آمنين هما (العوارض) و(شارع الزهور) المعروفان لأهالي المنطقة حتى الساعة الثالثة ظهراً، مشيرة إلى أن الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية ستعدان منطقة عسكرية مغلقة بعد هذا التوقيت.
\n\nوتعمل قوى الأمن الداخلي والجيش والدفاع المدني على تأمين خروج الأهالي من المناطق الخطرة ونقلهم إلى أماكن آمنة.

\n\nThe ministry expressed deep concern over the ongoing military escalation affecting residential areas and vital facilities in the city, noting that the injured have been immediately transferred to affiliated hospitals to receive necessary medical and surgical care, with medical staff exerting maximum efforts to save their lives.
\n\nThe ministry highlighted the continued full alert status in all hospitals across Aleppo governorate, with a complete reserve stock of medicines, medical supplies, and blood units to ensure full readiness to handle any emergency. It called on residents in affected areas to:
• Exercise utmost caution.
• Stay in safe locations and avoid balconies and windows.
• Immediately contact the rapid ambulance system at number 110 if injured.
The ministry stressed the importance of not falling for rumors and relying solely on its official platforms for accurate information and statistics, extending its deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs and wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded.
\n\nYesterday, a member of the Syrian Arab Army was martyred and others injured due to QSD drone attacks on army positions near Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo. Additionally, three civilians, including two women, were killed and about 15 others, including two girls, were injured in QSD shelling of residential neighborhoods in the city.
\n\nToday, the organization targeted the Syriac neighborhood with shells, and the Syrian Arab Army responded to the sources of fire.
\n\nThe Army Operations Command announced this morning that all QSD military sites within Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods are legitimate military targets, following the organization’s significant escalation towards Aleppo neighborhoods and its perpetration of numerous massacres against civilians.

\n\nLe ministère a souligné dans un communiqué aujourd'hui que la cible des installations médicales, notamment l'hôpital des maladies internes d'Alep, constitue un crime manifeste et une violation flagrante des lois internationales et des normes humanitaires protégeant les établissements de santé.
\n\nLe ministère a exprimé une grande inquiétude face à l'escalade militaire continue qui touche les quartiers résidentiels et les infrastructures vitales de la ville, précisant que les blessés ont été immédiatement transportés vers les hôpitaux affiliés pour recevoir les soins médicaux et chirurgicaux nécessaires, tandis que le personnel médical déploie tous ses efforts pour sauver leur vie.
\n\nLe ministère a indiqué que l'état d'alerte maximale se poursuit dans tous les hôpitaux de la province d'Alep, avec des réserves complètes de médicaments, de fournitures médicales et d'unités de sang, afin d'assurer une préparation totale face à toute urgence. Le ministère a insisté sur l'importance de ne pas céder aux rumeurs et de se fier uniquement à ses plateformes officielles pour obtenir des informations et des statistiques précises, exprimant ses sincères condoléances aux familles des martyrs et souhaitant un prompt rétablissement aux blessés.
\n\nHier, un membre de l'Armée arabe syrienne a été tué et d'autres blessés suite à une attaque par drones du QSD contre des positions de l'armée près du quartier Sheikh Maqsoud à Alep. De plus, trois civils, dont deux femmes, ont été tués et environ 15 autres, dont deux fillettes, blessés lors des bombardements du QSD sur des quartiers résidentiels de la ville.
\n\nAujourd'hui, le groupe a visé le quartier syriaque avec des obus, et l'Armée arabe syrienne a riposté aux sources de tirs.
\n\nLe commandement des opérations de l'armée arabe syrienne a annoncé ce matin que tous les sites militaires du QSD dans les quartiers Sheikh Maqsoud et Ashrafieh sont des cibles militaires légitimes, suite à l'escalade importante du groupe contre les quartiers d'Alep et aux nombreuses atrocités commises contre les civils.
\n\nLe commandement a appelé les civils des quartiers Sheikh Maqsoud et Ashrafieh à s'éloigner immédiatement des sites du QSD, précisant l'ouverture de deux corridors humanitaires sûrs, Al-Awarid et la rue Al-Zuhur, connus des habitants, jusqu'à 15 heures. Après cette heure, Sheikh Maqsoud et Ashrafieh seront considérés comme zones militaires fermées.
