    "content": "<p>حلب-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أعلنت الشركة العامة للنقل الداخلي في حلب وضع كافة إمكانياتها الفنية والبشرية في حالة استنفار كامل، مؤكدة أن أسطول الحافلات يعمل بكامل طاقته لتأمين نقل الأهالي المتضررين والنازحين من المناطق المتأثرة جراء الأحداث الراهنة إلى مراكز الإيواء المؤقتة، بما يضمن سلامتهم ويسهم في التخفيف من معاناتهم.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضحت الشركة في بيان اليوم أنها اتخذت جميع الإجراءات التنظيمية اللازمة لضمان سرعة الاستجابة وانسيابية حركة النقل، وذلك في إطار التزامها الوطني والإنساني بتقديم الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين في هذه الظروف الاستثنائية.</p>\n\n<p>وأشارت إلى استمرار التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لتأمين خطوط نقل إضافية عند الحاجة، وتوفير الدعم الخدمي المطلوب، إلى حين عودة الأوضاع إلى طبيعتها في منطقة الزهور وجسر العوارض ونقطة إشارات جامع الرحمن.</p>\n\n<p>وتشهد أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية حركة نزوح كبيرة للمدنيين جراء تصعيد تنظيم قسد، فيما تعمل قوى الأمن الداخلي والجيش العربي السوري والدفاع المدني على تأمين النازحين ونقلهم إلى أماكن آمنة.</p>\n\n<p>وأعلنت هيئة العمليات في الجيش العربي السوري صباح اليوم أن كل مواقع تنظيم قسد العسكرية داخل أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية تشكل هدفاً عسكرياً مشروعاً، وذلك بعد التصعيد الكبير للتنظيم باتجاه أحياء مدينة حلب وارتكابه العديد من المجازر بحق المدنيين.</p>\n\n<p>ودعت هيئة العمليات المدنيين في أحياء الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية إلى الابتعاد الفوري عن مواقع تنظيم قسد، موضحةً فتح ممرين إنسانيين آمنين هما (العوارض) و(شارع الزهور) المعروفان لأهالي المنطقة حتى الساعة الثالثة ظهراً، مشيرة إلى أن الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية سيُعدّان منطقة عسكرية مغلقة بعد الساعة الثالثة.</p>\n\n<p>واستشهد أحد عناصر الجيش العربي السوري وأصيب آخرون بجروح أمس جراء استهداف تنظيم قسد بالطائرات المسيّرة مواقع انتشار الجيش في محيط حي الشيخ مقصود بمدينة حلب، كما ارتقى 3 مدنيين بينهم امرأتان وأصيب نحو 15 بجروح متفاوتة بينهم طفلتان في قصف تنظيم قسد لأحياء سكنية في المدينة.</p>",

    "content": "<p>Aleppo - Capital News</p>\n\n<p>The General Company for Internal Transport in Aleppo announced placing all its technical and human resources on full alert, stating that the bus fleet is operating at full capacity to transport affected and displaced residents from the areas impacted by recent events to temporary shelters, ensuring their safety and alleviating their suffering.</p>\n\n<p>The company said in a statement today that it has taken all necessary organizational measures to guarantee rapid response and smooth transport movement, within its national and humanitarian commitment to provide essential services to citizens under these exceptional circumstances.</p>\n\n<p>It pointed out that coordination continues with relevant authorities to secure additional transport lines when needed and provide required service support until conditions return to normal in the Al-Zuhur area, Al-Awarid Bridge, and the Rahman Mosque traffic point.</p>\n\n<p>The neighborhoods of Sheikh Maqsoud and Al-Ashrafieh are witnessing large-scale civilian displacement due to escalations by the SDF organization, while the Internal Security Forces, the Syrian Arab Army, and the Civil Defense are working to secure displaced people and transfer them to safe locations.</p>\n\n<p>The Operations Authority of the Syrian Arab Army announced this morning that all SDF military sites within Sheikh Maqsoud and Al-Ashrafieh neighborhoods are legitimate military targets, following the group&apos;s significant escalation towards Aleppo neighborhoods and committing numerous massacres against civilians.</p>\n\n<p>The Operations Authority urged civilians in Sheikh Maqsoud and Al-Ashrafieh to immediately evacuate SDF sites, clarifying that two safe humanitarian corridors, Al-Awarid and Al-Zuhur Street, known to locals, will be open until 3 PM.
