    "content": "<p>اللاذقية-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أعلنت مديرية الصحة في اللاذقية ارتفاع عدد الوفيات نتيجة اعتداء فلول النظام السابق على قوات الأمن والمدنيين خلال الاحتجاجات التي شهدتها مدينة اللاذقية أمس إلى 4 أشخاص، فيما بلغ عدد الإصابات 108.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضح مدير صحة اللاذقية الدكتور خليل آغا في تصريح لـ العاصمة نيوز، أن الإصابات التي استقبلتها المشافي تضمنت جروحاً ناتجة عن السلاح الأبيض، والحجارة، وطلقات نارية من قبل فلول النظام السابق على عناصر الأمن والمواطنين.</p>\n\n<p>وأكد آغا تقديم الإسعاف الفوري والعناية الطبية اللازمة لجميع المصابين بأقصى سرعة، مع استنفار كامل الطواقم الطبية والإدارية في المشافي والمراكز الصحية، ورفع الجاهزية في أقسام الإسعاف والطوارئ، مشيراً إلى متابعة الحالة الصحية للمصابين واتخاذ جميع الإجراءات لضمان تقديم الرعاية الطبية المطلوبة.</p>\n\n<p>وكان قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة اللاذقية، العميد عبد العزيز الأحمد، قد أشار في تصريح أمس إلى أن بعض العناصر التابعة لفلول النظام السابق الذين شاركوا في الاحتجاجات التي دعا إليها المدعو غزال غزال، اعتدوا على عناصر الأمن الداخلي في مدينتي اللاذقية وجبلة، مما أدى إلى إصابة عدد من عناصر الأمن وتكسير سيارات تابعة للمهام الخاصة والشرطة.</p>\n\n<p>وقال الأحمد: “رصدنا خلال الاحتجاجات في دوار الأزهري بمدينة اللاذقية ودوار المشفى الوطني في جبلة، وجود عناصر ملثمة ومسلحة تتبع ما يسمى (سرايا درع الساحل) و(سرايا الجواد) الإرهابيتين، المسؤولتين عن عمليات تصفية ميدانية وتفجير عبوات ناسفة على أوتوستراد M1”، مشيراً إلى أن مسلحين في دوار الأزهري “أطلقوا النار في الهواء” خلال الاحتجاجات، بينما قام عناصر الأمن الداخلي “باحتواء الموقف”.</p>\n\n<p>تمكنت قوى الأمن الداخلي من إعادة الهدوء وبسط الأمن، وسط انتشارها في الساحات والشوارع الرئيسية بالمحافظة، لحماية المواطنين وممتلكاتهم.</p>\n\n<p>ومنذ سقوط النظام السابق، برزت مجموعات مرتبطة به من الفلول رفضت التحول السياسي والمؤسسي، واتجهت إلى التحريض والدعوة للتظاهر تحت شعارات تقسيمية، بهدف دفع الشارع نحو العنف، واستغلال ذلك كواجهة مدنية وغطاء لاستهداف عناصر قوى الأمن والجيش، وتخريب الممتلكات العامة.</p>\n",

    "content": "<p>Latakia - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The Health Directorate in Latakia announced that the number of deaths resulting from attacks by remnants of the former regime on security forces and civilians during protests in Latakia yesterday has risen to 4, with injuries totaling 108.</p>\n\n<p>Dr. Khalil Agha, Director of Health in Latakia, told Al-Asima News that the injuries received at hospitals included wounds from sharp weapons, stones, and gunfire by the former regime remnants targeting security personnel and citizens.</p>\n\n<p>Agha confirmed that immediate first aid and necessary medical care were provided to all injured promptly, with full mobilization of medical and administrative teams in hospitals and health centers, and increased readiness in emergency departments. He added that the health status of the injured continues to be monitored, and all necessary measures are being taken to ensure adequate medical care.</p>\n\n<p>The Internal Security Commander in Latakia Governorate, Brigadier General Abdul Aziz Al-Ahmad, stated yesterday that some elements affiliated with remnants of the former regime who participated in protests called for by the individual Ghazal Ghazal attacked internal security forces in Latakia and Jableh, resulting in injuries among security personnel and damage to vehicles belonging to special tasks and police.</p>\n\n<p>Al-Ahmad said: “During protests at Al-Azhari roundabout in Latakia and the National Hospital roundabout in Jableh, we observed the presence of masked and armed elements belonging to the so-called (Coast Shield Brigades) and (Al-Jawad Brigades), terrorist groups responsible for field assassinations and bombing explosive devices on the M1 highway.” He pointed out that gunmen at Al-Azhari roundabout fired shots into the air during the protests, while internal security forces contained the situation.</p>\n\n<p>Internal security forces managed to restore calm and establish security, spreading across squares and main streets in the governorate to protect citizens and their property.</p>\n\n<p>Since the fall of the former regime, groups linked to it have emerged, refusing the existing political and institutional transformation, and moving towards incitement and calls for protests under divisive slogans, aiming to push the street towards violence, exploiting it as a civilian front and cover to target security and army personnel and to damage public property.</p>\n",
