    "content": "<p>حمص-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أعلن قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حمص، العميد مرهف النعسان، عن اعتقال المدعو “ع.ح” بعد ثبوت تورطه في جريمة قتل المواطن بدر الدين الخالد على طريق جندر بريف المحافظة.</p>\n\n<p>ونقلت قناة وزارة الداخلية عبر تلغرام عن قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حمص قوله: إن “مديرية الأمن الداخلي في منطقة القصير بريف المحافظة، تمكنت بعد متابعة دقيقة وتحقيقات ميدانية، من اعتقال المدعو “ع.ح” عقب ثبوت تورطه في جريمة قتل المواطن بدر الدين الخالد”.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضح أن العملية جاءت إثر تلقي بلاغ من أحد المواطنين يفيد بوجود جثة على طريق قرية جندر بريف حمص، حيث تحركت الوحدات المختصة فوراً إلى مكان الحادث، وتم تثبيت واقعة الوفاة ونقل الجثة إلى المشفى لاستكمال الإجراءات الطبية والقانونية، مع تطويق الموقع أصولاً حفاظاً على سلامة الأدلة.</p>\n\n<p>وأضاف: إنه “بعد تقصّي الحقائق وتحليل المعطيات والأدلة، تم تحديد هوية الجاني وتعقّب تحركاته، ليتم اعتقاله وفق الإجراءات القانونية المعتمدة”، مشيراً إلى أن المقبوض عليه أقر خلال التحقيق بارتكاب الجريمة بقصد السلب، حيث قاومه المغدور، ما دفعه لإطلاق النار عليه، مما أدى إلى وفاته على الفور.</p>\n\n<p>وقال قائد الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حمص: إن “الجاني أُحيل إلى القضاء المختص لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه”.</p>",

    "content": "<p>Homs - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The commander of internal security in Homs Governorate, Brigadier General Marhaf Al-Nassan, announced the arrest of the suspect “A.H” after confirming his involvement in the murder of citizen Badr Al-Din Al-Khaled on Jandar road in the countryside of the governorate.</p>\n\n<p>The Ministry of Interior&apos;s channel on Telegram quoted the commander of internal security in Homs as saying: “The Internal Security Directorate in the Al-Qusayr area in the countryside of the governorate managed, after precise monitoring and field investigations, to arrest the suspect ‘A.H’ following the confirmation of his involvement in the murder of citizen Badr Al-Din Al-Khaled.”</p>\n\n<p>He explained that the operation followed a report from a citizen indicating the presence of a corpse on the road to Jandar village in the countryside of Homs. Specialized units immediately moved to the scene, confirmed the death, and transferred the body to the hospital to complete medical and legal procedures, while securing the site to preserve evidence.</p>\n\n<p>He added: “After investigating the facts and analyzing the data and evidence, the identity of the perpetrator was determined and his movements tracked, leading to his arrest in accordance with legal procedures.” He pointed out that the detainee confessed during the investigation to committing the crime with the intent to rob, as the victim resisted, prompting him to shoot, which resulted in immediate death.</p>\n\n<p>The commander of internal security in Homs stated: “The perpetrator was referred to the competent judiciary to take the necessary legal measures against him.”</p>",
