افتتحت مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة اللاذقية اليوم مدرستين للتعليم الأساسي في قريتي الحمرات وكنسبا بجبل الأكراد في ريف اللاذقية الشمالي، بعد إعادة تأهيلهما، وذلك بحضور مدير التربية وليد كبولة ومدير منطقة الحفة يامن الشغري، في إطار الجهود المبذولة لإعادة تأهيل القطاع التربوي ودعم عودة الأهالي من مخيمات النزوح إلى قراهم.

وأوضح كبولة، في تصريح لمراسل العاصمة نيوز، أن افتتاح المدرستين يأتي تزامناً مع الذكرى الأولى للتحرير والنصر في سوريا، وبتوجيهات من وزارة التربية والتعليم، بهدف تأمين البيئة التعليمية المناسبة، وتشجيع عودة الأهالي من المخيمات، ولا سيما في المناطق التي تضررت بنيتها التحتية خلال السنوات الماضية.

بدوره، أشار الشغري إلى أن افتتاح المدرستين يندرج ضمن الخطط الموضوعة لإعادة الإعمار في منطقة جبل الأكراد، مبيناً أن العمل مستمر بالتنسيق مع منظمات المجتمع المحلي ومديرية الأبنية المدرسية لتخديم كامل المنطقة بالمدارس.

ولفت الشغري إلى افتتاح عدد من المدارس وإعادة ترميم وتأهيل أخرى لتكون جاهزة، في رسالة طمأنة لأهالي المخيمات في مختلف المناطق السورية بأن الجهود متواصلة لتأمين البنية التحتية وتهيئة الأرضية اللازمة لعودتهم.

من جهتها، بينت المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة تنسيق اللاذقية للنهضة والتنمية، ضحى فتاحي، أن تأهيل مدرسة قرية كنسبا جرى بدعم من جمعية سبع سنابل، بهدف دعم عودة المهجرين والعائلات النازحة من المخيمات، وتأمين عودة الأطفال إلى مقاعد الدراسة وتعويض الفاقد التعليمي، موضحة أن المدرسة تخدم قرية كنسبا والقرى المجاورة.

ويأتي افتتاح المدرستين ضمن مسار متكامل لإعادة النهوض بالواقع التعليمي في ريف اللاذقية، بما يسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي، ويؤكد أن توفير التعليم يشكل مدخلاً أساسياً لإعادة الحياة إلى المناطق المتضررة.

The Directorate of Education in Latakia Governorate inaugurated today two basic education schools in the villages of Al-Hamrat and Kansaba in Jabal al-Akrad, northern Latakia countryside, after their rehabilitation. The ceremony was attended by the Director of Education Walid Kaboula and the Director of Al-Haffa District Yamen Al-Shaghri, as part of efforts to rehabilitate the educational sector and support the return of residents from displacement camps to their villages.

Kaboula explained in a statement to Al-Asima News correspondent that the opening of the two schools coincides with the first anniversary of liberation and victory in Syria, under the directives of the Ministry of Education, aiming to provide a suitable educational environment and encourage the return of residents from camps, especially in areas whose infrastructure was damaged over the past years.

Meanwhile, Al-Shaghri indicated that the opening of the two schools is part of the plans set for reconstruction in the Jabal al-Akrad area, noting that work continues in coordination with local community organizations and the Directorate of School Buildings to serve the entire region with schools.

Al-Shaghri pointed out the opening of several schools and the restoration and rehabilitation of others to be ready, sending a reassuring message to the displaced families in various Syrian regions that efforts continue to secure infrastructure and prepare the ground for their return.

For her part, the Executive Director of the Latakia Coordination Foundation for Renaissance and Development, Dohaa Fattahi, stated that the rehabilitation of Kansaba village school was supported by the Seven Spikes Association, aiming to support the return of displaced families from camps, ensure children return to their school seats, and compensate for educational loss, noting that the school serves Kansaba village and neighboring villages.

The opening of the two schools comes within an integrated approach to revive the educational reality in Latakia countryside, contributing to enhancing social stability, and confirming that providing education is a fundamental gateway to restoring life to the affected areas.

La Direction de l'éducation du gouvernorat de Lattaquié a inauguré aujourd'hui deux écoles d'enseignement de base dans les villages d'Al-Hamrat et Kansaba à Jabal al-Akrad, dans la banlieue nord de Lattaquié, après leur réhabilitation. Kaboula a expliqué dans une déclaration au correspondant d'Al-Asima News que l'inauguration des deux écoles coïncide avec le premier anniversaire de la libération et de la victoire en Syrie, sous la direction du ministère de l'éducation, visant à assurer un environnement éducatif approprié et encourager le retour des habitants des camps, notamment dans les zones dont les infrastructures ont été endommagées au cours des dernières années.

De son côté, Al-Shaghri a indiqué que l'ouverture des deux écoles s'inscrit dans le cadre des plans établis pour la reconstruction dans la région de Jabal al-Akrad, précisant que les travaux se poursuivent en coordination avec les organisations communautaires locales et la Direction des bâtiments scolaires pour desservir toute la région en écoles.

Al-Shaghri a souligné l'ouverture de plusieurs écoles et la restauration et réhabilitation d'autres pour qu'elles soient prêtes, envoyant un message rassurant aux familles déplacées dans différentes régions syriennes que les efforts se poursuivent pour assurer les infrastructures et préparer le terrain à leur retour.

Pour sa part, la directrice exécutive de la Fondation de coordination de Lattaquié pour la Renaissance et le Développement, Dohaa Fattahi, a déclaré que la réhabilitation de l'école du village de Kansaba a été soutenue par l'association Seven Spikes, visant à soutenir le retour des familles déplacées des camps, assurer le retour des enfants à leurs bancs d'école et compenser les pertes éducatives, précisant que l'école dessert le village de Kansaba et les villages voisins.

L'inauguration des deux écoles s'inscrit dans une démarche intégrée visant à relancer la réalité éducative en banlieue de Lattaquié, contribuant à renforcer la stabilité sociale et confirmant que la fourniture d'une éducation constitue une porte d'entrée essentielle pour redonner vie aux zones affectées.

Al-Shaghri ayrıca, birçok okulun açıldığını ve diğerlerinin onarılarak hazır hale getirildiğini belirterek, farklı Suriye bölgelerindeki kamplardaki ailelere altyapının sağlanması ve dönüşlerinin kolaylaştırılması için çalışmaların sürdüğüne dair güvence verdi.

Lazkiye Kalkınma ve Canlanma Koordinasyon Vakfı İcra Direktörü Dohaa Fattahi, Kansaba köyü okulunun rehabilitasyonunun Seven Spikes Derneği'nin desteğiyle gerçekleştirildiğini, bu adımın yerinden edilmiş ailelerin dönüşünü desteklemek, çocukların okula dönmesini sağlamak ve eğitim kayıplarını telafi etmek amacı taşıdığını, okulun Kansaba köyü ve çevresindeki köylere hizmet verdiğini açıkladı.

İki okulun açılışı, Lazkiye kırsalında eğitim durumunu iyileştirmek için bütüncül bir sürecin parçası olup, toplumsal istikrarı güçlendirmeye katkı sağlamakta ve eğitim sağlamanın etkilenen bölgelere hayatı geri getirmek için temel bir girişim olduğunu teyit etmektedir.
