أكد وزير السياحة مازن الصالحاني أن قرار إلغاء قانون قيصر يمثل محطة تاريخية تعيد تصحيح مسار العدالة الدولية، ويفتح آفاقاً واسعة أمام الاقتصاد الوطني.
وأوضح الصالحاني في تصريح لمراسلة العاصمة نيوز، أن القطاع السياحي كان ولا يزال الأسرع تعافياً بعد التحرير، وقد أثبت قدرته على النهوض خلال العام الأول، مشيراً إلى أن رفع القيود الخارجية سيوسع مساحة العمل لجذب الاستثمارات وتسهيل حركة الوفود السياحية، ما يعزز حضور سوريا على خريطة السياحة الإقليمية والدولية.
وأشار وزير السياحة إلى أن سوريا اليوم تتقدم بثبات وثقة نحو إعادة بناء قطاع سياحي قادر على المنافسة إقليمياً ودولياً، وأن إزالة المعوقات أمام حركة الاستثمار والسياحة ستشكل دعامة إضافية لهذا المسار.
وأكد الصالحاني أن أبواب سوريا ستبقى مفتوحة لكل الراغبين في المساهمة بمرحلة التعافي والنمو، وفق مبادئ السيادة الوطنية والتنمية المستدامة.
يذكر أن مجلس النواب الأمريكي صوت لصالح إلغاء قانون قيصر ضمن قانون موازنة وزارة الدفاع لعام 2026 مساء أمس، وذلك بعد سنوات من فرضه على سوريا بسبب جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبها النظام السابق بحق الشعب السوري.<\/p>",

Al-Salehany explained in a statement to Al-Asima News correspondent that the tourism sector has been and remains the fastest to recover after liberation, proving its ability to rise during the first year. He pointed out that lifting external restrictions will expand the scope of work to attract investments and facilitate the movement of tourist delegations, enhancing Syria's presence on the regional and international tourism map.
The Minister of Tourism noted that Syria is steadily and confidently advancing towards rebuilding a tourism sector capable of regional and international competition, and removing obstacles to investment and tourism movement will provide additional support to this path.
Al-Salehany affirmed that Syria's doors will remain open to all wishing to contribute to the recovery and growth phase, according to the principles of national sovereignty and sustainable development.
It is worth mentioning that the US House of Representatives voted in favor of repealing the Caesar Act within the Department of Defense Appropriations Act for 2026 last night, after years of its imposition on Syria due to war crimes committed by the former regime against the Syrian people.<\/p>",

Le ministre du Tourisme, Mazen Al-Salehany, a confirmé que la décision d’annuler la loi César représente une étape historique qui rectifie le cours de la justice internationale et ouvre de larges perspectives pour l’économie nationale.
Al-Salehany a expliqué dans une déclaration à la correspondante d’Al-Asima News que le secteur touristique a été et reste le plus rapide à se rétablir après la libération, prouvant sa capacité à se relever durant la première année. Il a souligné que la levée des restrictions extérieures élargira le champ d’action pour attirer les investissements et faciliter la circulation des délégations touristiques, renforçant ainsi la présence de la Syrie sur la carte touristique régionale et internationale.
Le ministre du Tourisme a indiqué que la Syrie avance aujourd’hui avec stabilité et confiance vers la reconstruction d’un secteur touristique capable de concurrencer au niveau régional et international, et que la suppression des obstacles à l’investissement et au tourisme constituera un soutien supplémentaire à cette trajectoire.
Al-Salehany a affirmé que les portes de la Syrie resteront ouvertes à tous ceux qui souhaitent contribuer à la phase de reprise et de croissance, conformément aux principes de souveraineté nationale et de développement durable.
Il est à noter que la Chambre des représentants américaine a voté en faveur de l’annulation de la loi César dans le cadre de la loi de finances du ministère de la Défense pour 2026 hier soir, après des années d’imposition de cette loi à la Syrie en raison des crimes de guerre commis par l’ancien régime contre le peuple syrien.<\/p>",
