أقامت نقابة المعلّمين في سوريا اليوم احتفالاً مركزياً بمناسبة الذكرى السنوية الأولى لعيد التحرير وانتصار الثورة السورية.

شمل الاحتفال عروضاً توثيقية عن الثورة السورية، وفقرات شعرية وموسيقية قدمتها فرقة معهد التربية الموسيقية، بالإضافة إلى تكريم الطلاب المتفوقين في الشهادتين الثانوية والتعليم الأساسي من أبناء المعلمين في دمشق وريف دمشق، وذلك على مدرج جامعة دمشق.

المعلم السوري شريك أساسي في تحقيق النصر

أكد وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مروان الحلبي في كلمته أن المعلم السوري هو شريك أصيل في صنع النصر، حيث ظل ثابتاً في مدارس وجامعات البلاد يدافع عن رسالة العلم في أصعب الظروف، مشيراً إلى أن المعلم في مرحلة ما بعد التحرير مدعو لأن يكون صانع وعي الجيل الجديد، وحارس الهوية الوطنية، وقدوة في الإخلاص والعطاء.

وأوضح الوزير أن سوريا انتصرت بصمود شعبها وسترتقي بعلم وإبداع شبابها، وأن الوزارة تدرك أهمية دعم المعلمين والأساتذة والباحثين من خلال فتح آفاق التأهيل والتدريب والتقدم العلمي.

مشروع قانون خاص بشؤون المعلّمين

أكد وزير التربية والتعليم محمد عبد الرحمن تركو في كلمته أن الوزارة تؤمن بأن المعلم هو أساس البناء وعماد النهضة، وحجر الزاوية في كل مشروع إصلاحي، وناقل المعرفة وصانع الوعي وباني الأجيال وقائد التعليم.

وأشار تركو إلى أن الوزارة بالتعاون مع نقابة المعلمين وضعت المعلّم في مقدمة أولوياتها، وأعدّت مشروع قانون خاص بشؤون المعلمين يتضمن مزايا وحوافز نوعية تعزز مكانتهم وتحسن وضعهم المعيشي، مؤكداً استمرار التعاون مع وزارتي التنمية والمالية لتحقيق ذلك، والوفاء برسالتها الوطنية.

بناء الأوطان يبدأ من حجرة الصف والعلم

أشار مسؤول دائرة التعاون النقابي في الأمانة العامة للشؤون السياسية محمد برو في كلمته إلى أن ذكرى عيد التحرير تمثل لحظة فارقة في وجدان كل سوري، حيث أثبت الشعب أنه لا ينكسر وأنه يصنع مستقبله بيده، مؤكداً أن قوة الدول تأتي من قوة شعوبها، وأن التحرير ليس نهاية بل بداية طريق يبنيه المعلم في صفه والطالب في كتابه.

مضاعفة شرائح نهاية الخدمة بنسبة 200%

أوضح نقيب المعلمين في سوريا محمد مصطفى في كلمته أن المعلم خلال الثورة حمل مسؤولية التعليم وتنشئة الأجيال، وتحمل الظلم والفقر والتشرد، وعمل في ظروف صعبة دون أن يهن أو يرفع رأسه، وصنع جيلاً ساهم في التحرير، مشيراً إلى أن المعلمين شاركوا في معركة التحرير بالسلاح وقدّموا شهداء.

وأضاف أن النقابة حرصت بعد التحرير على تقديم امتيازات تشمل عودة المفصولين منهم وتحسين الجانب الصحي، كما قررت مضاعفة شرائح نهاية الخدمة بنسبة 200% تقديراً لجهودهم وعطائهم.

انتصار في معركة الوعي

ذكر الباحث الدكتور عبد المنعم زين الدين في كلمته أن إجرام النظام السابق لم يستثنِ المعلمين، حيث قتل الآلاف منهم بالقصف واعتقل وفصل عشرات الآلاف تعسفياً بسبب انضمامهم للثورة، وهجّر الآلاف الذين استمروا بالتعليم في ظروف صعبة، وذلك للحفاظ على معركة الوعي.

وثمّن هذه التضحيات مؤكداً أن بناء البلد وتقدمه لا يتم إلا بالاهتمام بقطاع التعليم وبناء العقول والأجيال.

التفوق مفتاح المستقبل وبناء الوطن

قال أمين فرع ريف دمشق في نقابة المعلمين الدكتور عامر يوسف في كلمة موجهة للطلاب المتفوقين إن التفوق هو شهادة عز ودليل على أن الإرادة الصادقة والعمل المستمر هما الطريق إلى القمة، وأن أبواب المستقبل تفتح لمن يحمل مفتاح العلم وإرادة النجاح، وهو بداية لتحمل مسؤوليات الوطن والارتقاء به.

وأعربت المتفوقتان في الشهادة الثانوية الفرع الأدبي، بيان الفار وتقى رسول الحاصلة على المرتبة الأولى على مستوى القطر وريف دمشق، عن سعادتهما بالتكريم والتفوق، مؤكدتين استعدادهما للمشاركة في بناء الوطن فكرياً وأخلاقياً بعد التحرير والعمل من أجل نهضة سوريا.

شارك في الاحتفال معاونو وزراء، ورؤساء نقابات واتحادات، وممثلون عن وزارة الدفاع، بالإضافة إلى معلمين وطلاب.

يُذكر أن نقابة المعلمين السورية تأسست عام 1935، ومرت بعدة مراحل، وفي الوقت الحالي وبموجب المرسوم التشريعي رقم 82 لعام 1970، تحولت إلى منظمة شعبية تضم جميع العاملين في وزارتي التربية والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

The Syrian Teachers Syndicate held a central celebration today marking the first anniversary of Liberation Day and the victory of the Syrian revolution.

The event included presentations about the Syrian revolution, poetry and musical performances by the Music Education Institute band, and honoring outstanding students in secondary and basic education certificates among teachers' children in Damascus and its countryside, held at the Damascus University amphitheater.

The Syrian Teacher: A Key Partner in Achieving Victory

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Marwan Al-Halabi emphasized in his speech that the Syrian teacher is an essential partner in achieving victory, standing firm in schools and universities defending the message of knowledge under the toughest conditions. He added that in the post-liberation phase, teachers are called to shape the awareness of the new generation, guard national identity, and serve as role models of dedication, integrity, and giving.

The minister affirmed that Syria triumphed through the steadfastness of its people and will advance through the knowledge and creativity of its youth. The ministry recognizes that university development depends on supporting teachers, professors, and researchers by opening paths for qualification, training, and scientific progress.

A Special Law Project for Teachers' Affairs

Minister of Education Mohammad Abdul Rahman Turko stated that the ministry believes the teacher is the foundation of construction, the pillar of renaissance, the cornerstone in every reform project, a transmitter of knowledge, a creator of awareness, a builder of generations, and the captain of the educational ship.

Turko pointed out that the ministry, in coordination with the Teachers Syndicate, has prioritized teachers and prepared a special law project addressing their affairs, including distinctive benefits and incentives to enhance their status and improve their living conditions. He confirmed ongoing cooperation with the Ministries of Development and Finance to achieve this and the ministry’s commitment to its national mission.

Nation Building Begins in the Classroom and Through Knowledge

Mohammad Buro, Head of the Trade Union Cooperation Department at the General Secretariat for Political Affairs, said in his speech that Liberation Day resonates deeply in every Syrian’s conscience. It proved that the Syrian people do not break and that they shape their future with their own hands. He emphasized that the strength of nations comes from the strength of their peoples and that liberation is not the end but the beginning of a path built by teachers in their classrooms, students in their books, and institutions in their missions.

End-of-Service Benefits Doubled by 200%

Teachers Syndicate President Mohammad Mustafa highlighted that during the revolution, teachers carried the responsibility of education and raising generations, enduring injustice, poverty, and displacement. They worked in tents and basements without yielding or lowering their heads, building a generation that contributed to liberation. He noted that teachers took up arms during the liberation battle and sacrificed martyrs.

He added that after liberation, the syndicate worked to provide privileges such as reinstating dismissed teachers and improving healthcare, including a decision to double end-of-service benefit brackets by 200% in appreciation of their efforts and dedication.

Victory in the Battle of Awareness

Researcher Dr. Abdel Moneim Zain Al-Din stated that the crimes of the former regime targeted all groups, including teachers. Thousands were killed in bombings, tens of thousands were arbitrarily arrested and dismissed for joining the revolution, and thousands more were displaced while continuing education under difficult conditions in Idlib streets, Aleppo countryside, and damaged schools, all to preserve the battle of awareness.

He praised these sacrifices and stressed that the country cannot be built or advanced without focusing on education, building minds, humans, and generations.

Excellence: The Key to the Future and Nation Building

In a speech directed to outstanding students, Dr. Amer Youssef, Secretary of the Damascus Countryside Branch of the Syndicate, said that excellence is a badge of honor and proof that sincere will and continuous effort are the surest path to the top. He added that the doors of the future open only to those who hold the key of knowledge and the will to succeed, marking the start of a journey filled with hopes to bear the responsibilities of the homeland and elevate it.

Among the honored students, the two top graduates in the literary branch, Bayan Al-Far and Taqa Rasoul, who ranked first nationwide and in Damascus countryside, expressed their happiness with the honor and excellence, affirming their commitment to contribute intellectually and morally to nation building after liberation and to work towards Syria’s renaissance.

The celebration was attended by deputy ministers, heads of unions and federations, representatives from the Ministry of Defense, teachers, and students.

The Syrian Teachers Syndicate was established in 1935 and has gone through various phases. Currently, under Legislative Decree No. 82 of 1970, it functions as a popular organization including all employees of the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research.

La célébration comprenait des présentations sur la révolution syrienne, des poèmes, des performances musicales du groupe de l'Institut de l'éducation musicale, ainsi que la remise de prix aux étudiants brillants des certificats secondaires et de l'enseignement de base parmi les enfants des enseignants à Damas et dans sa banlieue, sur l'amphithéâtre de l'Université de Damas.

L'enseignant syrien, partenaire clé dans la victoire

Le ministre de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, Marwan Al-Halabi, a souligné dans son discours que l'enseignant syrien est un partenaire essentiel dans la réalisation de la victoire, restant ferme dans les écoles et universités pour défendre le message du savoir dans les conditions les plus difficiles. Il a ajouté qu'après la libération, les enseignants sont appelés à façonner la conscience de la nouvelle génération, à garder l'identité nationale et à être des exemples de dévouement, d'intégrité et de générosité.

Le ministre a affirmé que la Syrie a triomphé grâce à la ténacité de son peuple et progressera grâce au savoir et à la créativité de sa jeunesse. Le ministère reconnaît que le développement des universités dépend du soutien aux enseignants, professeurs et chercheurs en ouvrant des voies pour la qualification, la formation et le progrès scientifique.

Un projet de loi spécial pour les affaires des enseignants

Le ministre de l'Éducation, Mohammad Abdul Rahman Turko, a déclaré que le ministère considère l'enseignant comme la base de la construction, le pilier de la renaissance, la pierre angulaire de tout projet de réforme, un transmetteur de connaissances, un créateur de conscience, un bâtisseur de générations et le capitaine du navire éducatif.

Turko a indiqué que le ministère, en coordination avec le Syndicat des enseignants, a placé l'enseignant au premier plan de ses priorités et a préparé un projet de loi spécial concernant leurs affaires, incluant des avantages et des incitations distinctifs pour améliorer leur statut et leurs conditions de vie. Il a confirmé la coopération continue avec les ministères du Développement et des Finances pour réaliser cela et l'engagement du ministère envers sa mission nationale.

La construction des nations commence en classe et par la connaissance

Mohammad Buro, responsable du département de coopération syndicale au Secrétariat général des affaires politiques, a déclaré que la journée de la libération résonne profondément dans la conscience de chaque Syrien. Elle a prouvé que le peuple syrien ne se brise pas et qu'il façonne son avenir de ses propres mains. Il a souligné que la force des nations vient de la force de leurs peuples et que la libération n'est pas une fin mais le début d'un chemin construit par les enseignants dans leurs classes, les étudiants dans leurs livres et les institutions dans leurs missions.

Les indemnités de fin de service doublées de 200%

Le président du Syndicat des enseignants, Mohammad Mustafa, a souligné que pendant la révolution, les enseignants ont porté la responsabilité de l'éducation et de l'éducation des générations, endurant injustice, pauvreté et déplacement.
