    "content": "<p>حلب - العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>توفي عاملان وأصيب اثنان آخران اليوم نتيجة انهيار مبنى سكني طابقي قيد الإنشاء في حي كرم القاطرجي بمدينة حلب.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضحت وزارة الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث عبر قناتها على تلغرام، أن فرق البحث والإنقاذ أنهت عملها في موقع المبنى المنهار، حيث انتشلت جثماني عاملين من تحت الأنقاض ونقلتهما إلى المشفى لتسليمهما لذويهما، فيما تم إنقاذ اثنين آخرين لا يزالان على قيد الحياة.</p>\n\n<p>وفي تصريح لمراسل العاصمة نيوز، قال رئيس منظومة الإسعاف والطوارئ في مديرية صحة حلب محمد عبد المجيد، إنه بالتنسيق مع الدفاع المدني ومحافظة حلب جرى الاستجابة للحادثة، ونقل جثماني العاملين المتوفين، بالإضافة إلى إسعاف اثنين آخرين في حالة حرجة إلى مشافي حلب لتلقي العلاج اللازم.</p>\n\n<p>من جهته، أشار مدير خدمات حي كرم القاطرجي يزن صقال في تصريح مماثل، إلى أنه خلال الجولات الميدانية لشعبة المراقبة تم توجيه إنذار لصاحب المبنى بعدم استكمال البناء، لكنه استغل فترة العطلة وواصل البناء بطرق مخالفة.</p>\n\n<p>وكان الدفاع المدني السوري أعلن في وقت سابق اليوم عن انهيار بناء سكني من طابقين قيد الإنشاء في حي كرم القاطرجي بحلب، حيث توجهت فرق الطوارئ إلى الموقع وبدأت عمليات استخراج العالقين من تحت الأنقاض.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/6ef45ba131b06c9084de92b8c4d73678202d8cfe.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/59cfbaeebe7c876aba7880320d369f52e3b8bd2a.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/3c9f14c2b6f497df326c947cf2a0143aaf8d321d.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/62580c3823c500e66d2a400b628cd739cfa1acac.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",
