\n\nأكد الرئيس أحمد الشرع أن نهاية المعركة مع النظام السابق لم تكن إلا بداية لمعركة جديدة في ميادين العمل والاجتهاد، مع مقاربة الأقوال بالأفعال، مشيراً إلى وضع رؤية واضحة لسوريا الجديدة كدولة قوية تنتمي إلى ماضيها وتتطلع إلى مستقبلها.
\n\nوخلال كلمة ألقاها في احتفالية الذكرى السنوية الأولى للتحرير في قصر المؤتمرات بدمشق، أعلن الرئيس الشرع عن قطيعة تاريخية مع حقبة الاستبداد والطغيان نحو فجر جديد يقوم على العدل والإحسان والمواطنة والعيش المشترك، مؤكداً أن حق الشعب في المعرفة والمساءلة، ثم المحاسبة أو المصالحة، هو أساس استقرار الدولة وضمان لعدم تكرار الانتهاكات.

\n\nإلى الأبطال الذين حرروا البلاد بدمائهم، والأمهات اللواتي صبرن على الفقد واحتفظن بالأمل في قلوبهن رغم الألم، إلى الأبناء الذين فتحوا عيونهم على اليتم ومروا بظلام الفقد قبل أن يعرفوا معنى الحياة، وإلى الشعب السوري العظيم الذي صمد رغم كل الصعاب وواجه سنوات من القهر والظلم داخل البلاد وخارجها، إليكم أيها الحاضرون في قلب التاريخ وأنتم تشكلون صفحة من صفحات البطولة وحكاية من حكايات النصر العظيم، نبارك لكم جميعاً ذكرى تحرير سوريا من الطغيان والاستبداد وعودة الوطن إلى أهله شامخاً حراً عزيزاً كما كان دوماً.
\n\nلقد فقدنا الشام درة الشرق لأكثر من خمسة عقود، وحاولوا خلالها سلخها عن هويتها وحضارتها وعمقها التاريخي، وسعوا عبثاً لدفنها مراراً وتكراراً، ولكن أنّى للأقمار أن تخفى وجوهها، وأنّى للشمس أن يحجب نورها.
\n\nهنا الشام، من هنا عبرت البشرية، ومن هنا ستعود من جديد، ومن هذه الأرض الطاهرة تسللت إلى قلوب البشر نسائم الإيمان، ومن هنا أدرك الناس معنى الإنسانية والوفاء والعدل والحكمة وتوارثوها جيلاً بعد جيل.

لقد كانت حقبة النظام السابق صفحة سوداء في تاريخ بلدنا، استحكم فيها الاستبداد لفترة من الزمن، ثم ما لبث أن انهار، لتشرق من جديد أنوار البصيرة وحسن الحوار وجسور المحبة والإخاء، وباتت الشام مهوى الأفئدة ومحط القلوب وميزان المصالح، وتغيرت حكايات الناس عن سوريا وأهلها من الإشفاق إلى الإعجاب والاعتزاز، وأدركت الأبصار عمود الكتاب يضيء نوره من جديد، كل ذلك في عام واحد ولله الحمد.
\nما أعجبك يا شام، ففيك الخير وحسن المعشر وأطيب القلوب وأفطن العقول وألمع الأذهان، وكان أهلك أشد بأساً حين سلبت الحقوق وأهينت الكرامة، وأدركوا مبكراً أن الحقوق تنتزع لا تُوهب، وأن للحرية ثمناً يجب الوفاء به، وأن النصر مع الصبر، وأن مع العسر يسراً، فكان لكل ذلك جميل العطاء.
\n\nلقد عمد النظام السابق إلى زرع الفتنة والتفرقة بين أبناء شعبنا، وبثّ الشك في قلوب وعقول السوريين، فأقام بين السلطة والشعب سدوداً من الخوف والرعب، وحوّل عقد المواطنة إلى صك ولاء وعبودية، وأضعف عزيمة الناس وأفقدهم الثقة بأنفسهم، وجرّ بلدنا إلى أدنى المراتب في مختلف المجالات والاختصاصات، وأسّس لكيانٍ يقوم على اللاقانون ونشر الفساد والرشى، وأمعن في إفقار الشعب وتجهيله وحرمانه من حقوقه المدنية والسياسية، وباتت الكلمة جريمة، والإبداع وصمة عار، وحب الوطن تهمة وخيانة.
\n\nأما اليوم ومع إشراق شمس الحرية، فإننا نعلن عن قطيعة تاريخية مع ذلك الموروث، وهدماً كاملاً لوهم الباطل ومفارقة دائمة لحقبة الاستبداد والطغيان إلى فجر جديد يقوم على العدل والإحسان والمواطنة والعيش المشترك والإبداع والتألق في بناء الوطن.
\n\nإن نهاية معركتنا مع النظام السابق لم تكن إلا بداية لمعركة جديدة في ميادين العمل والاجتهاد، معركة مقاربة الأقوال بالأفعال والعهود بالوفاء والقيم بالامتثال، لقد منحنا الشعب الثقة بعد سنوات من القهر والظلم، وأودعنا أمانة المسؤولية، فليكن شعارنا الصدق وعهدنا البناء.

منذ اللحظة الأولى للتحرير تجولنا في المحافظات، واستمعنا لهموم الشعب ومطالبه، وعليه وضعنا رؤية واضحة لسوريا الجديدة، دولة قوية تنتمي إلى ماضيها العريق وتتطلع إلى مستقبلها الواعد، وتعيد تموضعها الطبيعي في محيطها العربي والإقليمي والدولي، وعملنا على تعريف العالم بهذه الرؤية، فاستقبلنا الوفود وزرنا البلدان، وأسهمت جهود الدبلوماسية السورية في تغيير جذري لصورة سوريا في الخارج، وجعلها شريكاً موثوقاً لدول المنطقة والعالم.
\nوعلى الصعيد الاقتصادي والاستثماري، عقدنا شراكات استراتيجية مع دول صديقة في قطاعات حيوية، شملت الطاقة والموانئ والمطارات والعقارات والاتصالات، وأسهمت هذه الشراكات في تعزيز التعافي الاقتصادي وفتح أبواب الاستثمار وخلق فرص العمل وتحسين بنية الاقتصاد الوطني.
\n\nأما على مستوى الحياة والمعيشة، فقد حرصنا على ترشيد السياسة الاقتصادية لتنعكس مباشرة على المواطنين، فرفعنا مستوى الدخل تدريجياً وخففنا المعاناة وأرسينا بيئة أكثر استقراراً وعدالة.
\n\nكما دمجنا القوى العسكرية المختلفة ضمن جيش وطني موحد قائم على المهنية وولاء المؤسسة للوطن، ما أسهم في ترسيخ الأمن والاستقرار في البلاد.
\n\nواليوم ونحن نخطو خطواتنا على طريق بناء سوريا الجديدة، نؤكد التزامنا بمبدأ العدالة الانتقالية لضمان محاسبة كل من انتهك القانون وارتكب جرائم بحق الشعب السوري مع الحفاظ على حقوق الضحايا وإحقاق العدالة، فحق الشعب في المعرفة والمساءلة، ثم المحاسبة أو المصالحة، هو أساس استقرار الدولة وضمان لعدم تكرار الانتهاكات، وهو حجر الأساس لبناء الثقة بين المواطن والدولة.
\n\nولا ننسى أبداً المفقودين وأسرهم الذين يمثلون قضية إنسانية ذات أولوية، لا مساومة فيها، ونحن ملتزمون بالبحث عن الحقيقة دون توقف.
\n\nأيها الشعب السوري الكريم، لقد أثبتم للعالم أن النصر مجرد بداية، فتعالوا بنا جميعاً نكمل الحكاية، حكاية شعب صمد وصبر، فأعزه الله ونصره، تعالوا لنجعل من النصر مسؤولية تتجلى فينا جدّاً وعملاً وعدالة ورحمة، لننهض بوطننا الحبيب نحو مصافّ الدول المتقدمة.

وخلال الاحتفال تسلم الرئيس أحمد الشرع من الفارس السوري عدنان القصّار خوذة “مسير التحرير” التي انطلقت من مدينة إدلب يوم الخامس من الشهر الجاري ومرت بمدن حلب وحماة وحمص ووصلت اليوم إلى دمشق.
\nوفي ختامه سلّم الرئيس الشرع درع النصر لوزير الدفاع اللواء مرهف أبو قصرة والقادة العسكريين الذين شاركوا في معركة التحرير “ردع العدوان”.

\nكما تم تقديم سرد بصري لوثيقة الحكاية السورية يروي فصول الثورة السورية منذ بدايتها وصولاً إلى لحظة الانتصار والتحرير، إضافةً إلى نقل مباشر لأجواء الاحتفالات الشعبية في ساحات المدن السورية.

\n\nPresident Ahmed Al-Shara affirmed that the end of the battle with the former regime was only the beginning of a new struggle in the fields of work and diligence, emphasizing aligning words with actions and setting a clear vision for the new Syria as a strong state connected to its past and looking forward to its future.
\n\nIn a speech during the first anniversary celebration of liberation at the Damascus Conference Palace, President Al-Shara announced a historic break from the era of tyranny and oppression towards a new dawn based on justice, benevolence, citizenship, and coexistence. He stressed that the people's right to knowledge, accountability, and either reconciliation or justice is the foundation of state stability and a guarantee against repeating violations.
\n\nThe full text of the speech is as follows:
\n\nTo the heroes who liberated the country with their blood, the mothers who endured loss while holding hope in their hearts despite the pain, the children who opened their eyes to orphanhood and passed through the darkness of loss before knowing the meaning of life, and the great Syrian people who stood firm despite all hardships and faced years of oppression and injustice inside and outside the country, to you present here at the heart of history, forming a page of heroism and a story of great victory, we congratulate you all on the anniversary of Syria's liberation from tyranny and oppression and the return of the homeland to its proud, free, and honorable people as always.
\n\nWe lost Damascus, the jewel of the East, for over five decades, during which attempts were made to strip it of its identity, civilization, and historical depth, repeatedly trying in vain to bury it, but how can the moons hide their faces, or the sun conceal its light?
\n\nHere is Damascus, through which humanity passed and from which it will return anew. From this pure land, the breezes of faith penetrated human hearts, and from here people understood the meaning of humanity, loyalty, justice, and wisdom, passing them down from generation to generation.
\n\nThe era of the former regime was a dark chapter in our country's history, during which tyranny prevailed for a time before collapsing, allowing the light of insight, good dialogue, and bridges of love and brotherhood to shine again. Damascus became the beloved of hearts, the center of interests, and people's narratives about Syria changed from pity to admiration and pride. The pillar of the book lit its light anew, all within a single year, praise be to God.
\nHow admirable you are, Damascus, with your goodness, good companionship, kindest hearts, wisest minds, and brightest intellects. Your people were toughest when rights were stripped and dignity humiliated. They understood early that rights are seized, not gifted, that freedom has a price to be paid, that victory comes with patience, and that after hardship comes ease, resulting in beautiful giving.
\n\nThe former regime sought to sow discord and division among our people, spreading doubt in the hearts and minds of Syrians. It built walls of fear and terror between authority and people, turned citizenship into a bond of loyalty and servitude, weakened people's resolve, deprived them of self-confidence, dragged our country to the lowest ranks in various fields and specialties, established a system based on lawlessness, corruption, and bribery, deepened poverty and ignorance, and deprived citizens of their civil and political rights. Speech became a crime, creativity a stigma, and love for the homeland a charge of treason.
\n\nToday, with the dawn of freedom, we announce a historic break from that legacy, a complete demolition of the illusion of falsehood, and a permanent departure from the era of tyranny and oppression toward a new dawn based on justice, benevolence, citizenship, coexistence, creativity, and excellence in building the homeland.
\n\nThe end of our battle with the former regime was only the start of a new battle in the fields of work and diligence, aligning words with actions, promises with fulfillment, and values with compliance. The people have granted us trust after years of oppression and injustice, entrusting us with responsibility. Let our motto be honesty and our pledge construction.
\n\nFrom the first moment of liberation, we toured the provinces, listened to the people's concerns and demands, and based on that we set a clear vision for the new Syria — a strong state connected to its deep-rooted past, looking forward to a promising future, restoring its natural position in the Arab, regional, and international environment. We worked to introduce this vision to the world, received delegations, visited countries, and Syrian diplomacy contributed to a radical change in Syria's image abroad, making it a trusted partner of regional and global countries.
\nEconomically and investment-wise, we established strategic partnerships with friendly countries in vital sectors including energy, ports, airports, real estate, and telecommunications. These partnerships contributed to enhancing economic recovery, opening investment opportunities, creating jobs, and improving the national economy's structure.
\n\nRegarding living standards, we have focused on rationalizing economic policies to directly benefit citizens, gradually raising income levels, alleviating hardship, and establishing a more stable and just environment.
\n\nWe also unified various military forces into a single national army based on professionalism and loyalty to the institution and homeland, which helped consolidate security and stability across the country.
\n\nAs we advance on the path of building the new Syria, we reaffirm our commitment to transitional justice to ensure accountability for all who violated the law and committed crimes against the Syrian people, while preserving victims' rights and achieving justice. The people's right to knowledge, accountability, and either justice or reconciliation is the foundation of state stability and a guarantee against repeating violations. It is the cornerstone of building trust between citizens and the state.
\n\nWe never forget the missing persons and their families, who represent a humanitarian issue of utmost priority with no compromises, and we remain committed to searching for the truth without pause.
\n\nDear Syrian people, you have proven to the world that victory is just the beginning. Let us all complete the story — the story of a people who endured and persevered, whom God honored and supported. Let us make victory a responsibility reflected in seriousness, work, justice, and mercy, to elevate our beloved homeland to the ranks of advanced nations.
\n\nIn conclusion, to those who paved the way for us with their blood, suffering, wounds, and pain — fighters, prisoners, martyrs, wounded, revolutionaries, and strugglers — and to all their families, we extend our greetings and peace.
\n\nDuring the celebration, President Ahmed Al-Shara received from Syrian rider Adnan Al-Qassar the “Liberation March” helmet, which started from Idlib city on the fifth of this month, passing through Aleppo, Hama, Homs, and arriving today in Damascus.
\nAt the end, President Al-Shara presented the Victory Shield to Defense Minister Major General Marhaf Abu Qasra and the military commanders who participated in the liberation battle “Deterring Aggression.”
\n\nThe ceremony program included a series of artistic and documentary segments reflecting the journey of the new Syria during one year of liberation. A documentary film summarized the diplomatic activity of the new Syria, highlighting external political movement and strengthening international relations, along with a theatrical play titled “Our Story” directed by Ahmed Zuhair and Nawar Bulbul, depicting the journey of a resilient and patient people and the story of four children who endured the horrors of war.

\n\nLors de la cérémonie, le président Ahmed Al-Shara a reçu du cavalier syrien Adnan Al-Qassar le casque « Marche de la Libération », qui a commencé dans la ville d'Idlib le cinquième de ce mois, traversant Alep, Hama, Homs, et est arrivé aujourd'hui à Damas.

\n\nLe programme de la cérémonie comprenait une série de segments artistiques et documentaires reflétant le parcours de la nouvelle Syrie pendant une année de libération.
