وضع وزير الطاقة محمد البشير اليوم حجر الأساس لمحطة توليد دير الزور الغازية في حقل التيم بطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى 1000 ميغاواط، بحضور المدير العام لشركة UCC HOLDING العالمية مروان الديماس ومحافظ دير الزور غسان السيد أحمد.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة تنفيذًا للاتفاقية الموقعة بين وزارة الطاقة وشركة UCC HOLDING لإنشاء أربع محطات توليد على امتداد الجغرافيا السورية بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 5000 ميغاواط.

وقال وزير الطاقة في كلمته: “لم يمضِ عام واحد على التحرير إلا وأطلقنا سلسلة من المشاريع الكبرى التي ستعيد لسوريا نورها وقوتها واقتصادها، وأعلنّا خلالها عن أربع محطات توليد غازية ومجموعة من مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة التي تشكل اليوم الركيزة الأساسية لنهضة الطاقة في سوريا”.

وأضاف: “نحن اليوم في دير الزور وبرعاية الرئيس أحمد الشرع نضع حجر الأساس لإحدى أهم هذه المحطات، محطة توليد دير الزور الغازية بقدرة 1000 ميغاواط، والتي لن تكون محطة توليد فحسب، بل محطة للنهضة والتنمية ونشر النور في سوريا”.

وأشار الوزير إلى أنه رغم مرور أقل من عام على التحرير، بدأ قطاع الطاقة يستعيد عافيته، حيث تشهد سوريا انطلاق مشاريع كبرى تشكل قاعدة اقتصادية وصناعية راسخة للمستقبل، مؤكداً أن أبناء الوطن أثبتوا قدرتهم على البناء كما أثبتوا سابقاً قدرتهم على التحرير.

ولفت إلى أن محطة توليد دير الزور ستكون من أكبر المشاريع الحيوية في المنطقة الشرقية، وستسهم في تعزيز استقرار الشبكة الكهربائية ورفع موثوقيتها وتقليل الفاقد، وتأمين احتياجات المدن والقرى والمناطق الصناعية والزراعية من الطاقة، إضافة إلى دعم مشاريع الاستثمار والإنتاج المحلي.

وبيّن أن وضع حجر الأساس لأول محطة غازية بعد التحرير في المنطقة الشرقية يعد إنجازًا كبيرًا في مجال البناء والتنمية وإعادة الإعمار، لتكون محطة التوليد هذه مفتاحًا لعهد من النور والعمل والبناء والكرامة.

من جانبه، أوضح المدير العام لشركة UCC HOLDING في تصريح خاص لمراسل العاصمة نيوز أن المشروع يمثل أولى محطات البرنامج المتكامل بقدرة 5000 ميغاواط، الذي تم توقيعه بين وزارة الطاقة والشركة العالمية بالشراكة مع شركتي جنكيز وكاليون التركيتين وباور إنترناشونال الأمريكية.

وأشار الديماس إلى أنه سيتم خلال الأيام المقبلة وضع حجر الأساس لبقية المحطات ضمن الاتفاقية، ومن المتوقع أن يوفر المشروع المتكامل آلاف فرص العمل ويرفع السعة الاستيعابية للطاقة الكهربائية، حيث من المقرر أن يستمر المشروع لمدة 36 شهراً.

يذكر أن وزارة الطاقة وقعت الشهر الماضي الاتفاقيات النهائية لإنشاء 8 محطات لتوليد الكهرباء بقدرة إجمالية تبلغ 5000 ميغاواط مع التحالف الدولي الذي تقوده شركة \"أورباكون\" القابضة، عبر شركتها التابعة \"أورباكون كونسيشونز للاستثمار\"، وبمشاركة شركات \"كاليون\" و\"جنكيز\" و\"باور إنترناشونال\" الأمريكية، وذلك ضمن الخطة الوطنية لتأمين احتياجات سوريا من الطاقة ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

Today, Minister of Energy Mohammad Al-Bashir laid the foundation stone for the Deir Ezzor gas power plant in the Al-Taim field, with a production capacity of 1000 megawatts, in the presence of Marwan Al-Dimas, General Manager of the global company UCC HOLDING, and Deir Ezzor Governor Ghassan Al-Sayyid Ahmad.

This step comes in implementation of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Energy and UCC HOLDING to establish four power plants across Syrian territories with a total capacity of 5000 megawatts.

The Minister of Energy stated: “Less than a year has passed since liberation, yet we have launched a series of major projects that will restore Syria’s light, strength, and economy. We announced four gas power plants and a group of renewable energy projects, which today represent the primary pillar of Syria’s energy renaissance.”

He added: “Today, in Deir Ezzor and under the patronage of President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, we lay the foundation stone for one of the most important plants, the Deir Ezzor gas power plant with a capacity of 1000 MW. This will not be just a power plant, but a station of renaissance, development, and spreading light across Syria.”

The minister pointed out that despite less than a year since liberation, the energy sector is regaining its vitality, witnessing the launch of major projects that form a solid economic and industrial base for the future. He affirmed that the people of the homeland have proven their ability to build just as they proved their ability to liberate.

He noted that the Deir Ezzor power plant will be one of the largest vital projects in the eastern region, contributing to enhancing the stability of the electrical grid, increasing its reliability, reducing losses, and securing the energy needs of cities, villages, industrial and agricultural areas, in addition to supporting investment and local production projects.

He explained that laying the foundation stone for the first gas power plant after liberation in the eastern region is a great achievement in construction, development, and reconstruction, making this power plant a key to an era of light, work, construction, and dignity.

Meanwhile, the General Manager of UCC HOLDING told Al-Asima News correspondent that the project represents the first station of the integrated program with a capacity of 5000 MW, signed between the Ministry of Energy and the global company in partnership with the Turkish companies Cengiz and Kalyon, and the American company Power International.

Al-Dimas indicated that in the coming days, the foundation stones for the remaining plants under the agreement will be laid. The integrated project is expected to provide thousands of job opportunities and increase the electricity capacity, with a planned duration of 36 months.

It is noteworthy that last month the Ministry of Energy signed final agreements to establish 8 power plants with a total capacity of 5000 MW with the international consortium led by Orascom Holding through its subsidiary Orascom Concessions Investment, with the participation of Kalyon, Cengiz, and Power International, as part of the national plan to secure Syria’s energy needs and support economic and social development.

Le ministre de l'Énergie, Mohammad Al-Bashir, a posé aujourd'hui la première pierre de la centrale électrique au gaz de Deir Ezzor dans le champ d'Al-Taim, avec une capacité de production de 1000 mégawatts, en présence de Marwan Al-Dimas, directeur général de la société mondiale UCC HOLDING, et du gouverneur de Deir Ezzor, Ghassan Al-Sayyid Ahmad.

Cette étape s'inscrit dans la mise en œuvre de l'accord signé entre le ministère de l'Énergie et UCC HOLDING pour la construction de quatre centrales électriques à travers la Syrie, d'une capacité totale de 5000 mégawatts.

Le ministre de l'Énergie a déclaré : « Moins d'un an s'est écoulé depuis la libération, et nous avons lancé une série de grands projets qui redonneront à la Syrie sa lumière, sa force et son économie. Nous avons annoncé quatre centrales électriques au gaz et un ensemble de projets d'énergie renouvelable qui constituent aujourd'hui la principale base de la renaissance énergétique en Syrie. »

Il a ajouté : « Aujourd'hui, à Deir Ezzor et sous le parrainage du président Ahmed Al-Sharaa, nous posons la première pierre de l'une des centrales les plus importantes, la centrale électrique au gaz de Deir Ezzor d'une capacité de 1000 MW. Ce ne sera pas seulement une centrale électrique, mais une station de renaissance, de développement et de diffusion de la lumière en Syrie. »

Le ministre a souligné que malgré moins d'un an depuis la libération, le secteur de l'énergie retrouve sa vitalité, avec le lancement de grands projets qui constituent une base économique et industrielle solide pour l'avenir. Il a affirmé que le peuple a prouvé sa capacité à construire tout comme il a prouvé sa capacité à libérer.

Il a noté que la centrale de Deir Ezzor sera l'un des plus grands projets vitaux de la région orientale, contribuant à renforcer la stabilité du réseau électrique, à accroître sa fiabilité, à réduire les pertes et à assurer les besoins énergétiques des villes, villages, zones industrielles et agricoles, en plus de soutenir les projets d'investissement et de production locale.

Il a expliqué que la pose de la première pierre de la première centrale électrique au gaz après la libération dans la région orientale est une grande réussite dans les domaines de la construction, du développement et de la reconstruction, faisant de cette centrale une clé pour une ère de lumière, de travail, de construction et de dignité.

De son côté, le directeur général de UCC HOLDING a déclaré à un correspondant d'Al-Asima News que le projet représente la première station du programme intégré d'une capacité de 5000 MW, signé entre le ministère de l'Énergie et la société mondiale en partenariat avec les sociétés turques Cengiz et Kalyon, ainsi que la société américaine Power International.

Al-Dimas a indiqué que dans les prochains jours, la pose de la première pierre des autres centrales prévues par l'accord aura lieu. Le projet intégré devrait offrir des milliers d'emplois et augmenter la capacité électrique, avec une durée prévue de 36 mois.

Il convient de noter que le mois dernier, le ministère de l'Énergie a signé les accords finaux pour la construction de 8 centrales électriques d'une capacité totale de 5000 MW avec le consortium international dirigé par Orascom Holding via sa filiale Orascom Concessions Investment, avec la participation de Kalyon, Cengiz et Power International, dans le cadre du plan national visant à sécuriser les besoins énergétiques de la Syrie et soutenir le développement économique et social.

Enerji Bakanı Muhammed El-Başir bugün, Al-Taym sahasında 1000 megavat kapasiteye sahip Deyr Ez Zor gaz santralinin temelini attı. Törene, uluslararası UCC HOLDING şirketinin genel müdürü Marvan El-Dimas ve Deyr Ez Zor Valisi Gassan El-Sayyid Ahmad katıldı.

Bu adım, Enerji Bakanlığı ile UCC HOLDING arasında Suriye genelinde toplamda 5000 megavat kapasiteli dört santral inşa edilmesine dair imzalanan anlaşmanın uygulanması kapsamında gerçekleşti.

Bakan, yaptığı konuşmada \"Kurtuluştan bu yana bir yıl geçmeden, Suriye'nin ışığını, gücünü ve ekonomisini geri getirecek büyük projeler başlattık. Dört gaz santrali ve bugün Suriye enerji kalkınmasının temel taşı olan yenilenebilir enerji projeleri açıkladık.\" dedi.

Ekledi: \"Bugün Deyr Ez Zor'dayız ve Cumhurbaşkanı Ahmed El-Şaraa'nın himayesinde, en önemli santrallerden biri olan 1000 megavat kapasiteli Deyr Ez Zor gaz santralinin temelini atıyoruz. Bu sadece bir santral olmayacak, aynı zamanda kalkınma, gelişim ve Suriye'de ışık yayma merkezi olacak.\"

Bakan, kurtuluştan kısa bir süre sonra enerji sektörünün toparlanmaya başladığını, Suriye'de geleceğin sağlam ekonomik ve endüstriyel temelini oluşturan büyük projelerin hayata geçtiğini belirtti. Vatandaşların hem kurtuluşta hem de inşada yeteneklerini kanıtladığını vurguladı.

Deyr Ez Zor santralinin doğu bölgesindeki en büyük hayati projelerden biri olacağını, elektrik şebekesinin istikrarını artıracağını, güvenilirliğini yükselteceğini, kayıpları azaltacağını ve şehirlerin, köylerin, sanayi ve tarım alanlarının enerji ihtiyacını karşılayacağını söyledi. Ayrıca yatırım ve yerel üretim projelerini destekleyeceğini belirtti.

Kurtuluştan sonra doğu bölgesinde ilk gaz santralinin temelinin atılmasının inşaat, kalkınma ve yeniden imar alanında büyük bir başarı olduğunu, bu santralin ışık, çalışma, inşa ve onur döneminin anahtarı olacağını ifade etti.

UCC HOLDING genel müdürü, Al-Asima News muhabirine verdiği özel röportajda, projenin 5000 megavat kapasiteli entegre programın ilk santrali olduğunu, bu programın Enerji Bakanlığı ile küresel şirket arasında Türk şirketleri Cengiz ve Kalyon ile Amerikan Power International iş birliğiyle imzalandığını belirtti.

El-Dimas, önümüzdeki günlerde anlaşma kapsamındaki diğer santrallerin temelinin atılacağını, entegre projenin binlerce iş imkanı sağlayacağını ve elektrik kapasitesini artıracağını, projenin 36 ay süreceğini ifade etti.

Geçen ay Enerji Bakanlığı, toplamda 5000 megavat kapasiteli 8 elektrik santrali kurmak için Orascom Holding liderliğindeki uluslararası konsorsiyum ile nihai anlaşmaları imzalamıştı. Bu konsorsiyumda Orascom Concessions Investment, Kalyon, Cengiz ve Power International şirketleri yer almakta olup, proje Suriye'nin enerji ihtiyacını karşılamak ve ekonomik ile sosyal kalkınmayı desteklemek için ulusal plan kapsamında yürütülmektedir.
