أقامت سفارة المملكة العربية السعودية في دمشق مساء اليوم حفلًا بمناسبة اليوم الدولي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني، وذلك في فندق الفورسيزن بدمشق.

وأكد السفير السعودي في دمشق فيصل بن سعود المجفل أن المملكة، ممثلة بسفارتها، تجسد دعم القيادة السعودية والشعب السعودي وتضامنهما مع الشعب الفلسطيني، مشيرًا إلى أن هذا اليوم يُحتفل به كيوم دولي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني، ويعكس جهود المملكة السياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية في دعم القضية الفلسطينية ومشاركتها لتحقيق طموحات الشعب الفلسطيني.

وأشار السفير إلى أن المملكة منخرطة في هذه القضية، التي تمثل قضية العرب جميعًا، منذ عام 1948.

من جانبه، أعرب السفير الفلسطيني لدى سوريا سمير الرفاعي عن شكره لسفارة المملكة العربية السعودية على هذه المبادرة، مشيرًا إلى أن يوم التضامن العالمي مع الشعب الفلسطيني أُقر في الأمم المتحدة عام 1977 كاعتراف بالخطأ التاريخي الذي وقع بحق فلسطين وشعبها عند اتخاذ قرار تقسيم فلسطين عام 1947، مؤكدًا أن القرار نُفذ جزئيًا ولم يتم تنفيذ الجزء الآخر، حيث لم تُقم دولة فلسطين بعد ولا يزال النضال مستمرًا لتحقيق ذلك.

وأوضح الرفاعي أن الأمم المتحدة قبلت إسرائيل عضوًا فيها عام 1949 بشرط قبولها إقامة دولة فلسطينية والسماح بعودة الفلسطينيين، لكنها تجاهلت كل قرارات الشرعية الدولية المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية.

وأكد أن هذا اليوم يمثل ذكرى خالدة في تاريخ الشعب الفلسطيني، مرتبطًا بالنكبة، معبرًا عن شكره للمملكة العربية السعودية ولخادم الحرمين الشريفين ولسمو الأمير محمد بن سلمان على إحياء هذا اليوم في جميع سفارات المملكة حول العالم، مشددًا على أن جيل النكبة لم يعد موجودًا، لكن الذكرى ستنتقل من جيل إلى جيل وستظل حية حتى تستعاد الحقوق لأصحابها.

القضية العربية الأسمى

بدوره، أكد سفير المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية لدى سوريا سفيان القضاة أن القضية الفلسطينية هي القضية الأسمى والأعلى، وهي القضية الأولى للعرب وجوهر السياسة العربية الخارجية، مشيرًا إلى أن الدول العربية جميعها تتضامن حولها، معربًا عن شكره لسفارة السعودية على تنظيم هذه الفعالية دعمًا للقضية الفلسطينية.

من جهته، أكد رئيس اتحاد الكتّاب العرب في سوريا الدكتور أحمد جاسم الحسين أن ما يمر به الشعب الفلسطيني من مأساة ليست فلسطينية فقط بل عربية، مشددًا على أن التذكير بهذا اليوم يعبر عن رفض الظلم الواقع عليهم، وأن الإخوة العرب يقفون معهم بشكل أو بآخر.

وأوضح أن المملكة العربية السعودية عبر سفارتها في دمشق عبّرت عن تضامنها مع الشعب الفلسطيني من خلال هذه الفعالية التي تضمنت عرض فيلم حول الدعم الذي قدمته المملكة للقضية الفلسطينية وما قام به القادة السعوديون تجاهها، مبينًا أن المبادرات العربية للسلام كانت دائمًا موجودة وأن من يرفضها هي إسرائيل.

وتؤكد المملكة العربية السعودية موقفها الثابت والتاريخي في دعم القضية الفلسطينية على مختلف المستويات، ويأتي اليوم الدولي للتضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني، الذي أقرته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة عام 1977 ويحتفل به في 29 تشرين الثاني من كل عام، ليذكّر العالم بحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني ومعاناته المستمرة، ويحمل هذا التاريخ رمزية خاصة إذ يصادف ذكرى اعتماد القرار (181) الصادر عن الجمعية العامة عام 1947، الذي قضى بتقسيم فلسطين، وهو القرار الذي شكّل نقطة تحول في مسار القضية الفلسطينية.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Damascus held an event this evening to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People at the Four Seasons Hotel in Damascus.

Saudi Ambassador to Damascus, Faisal bin Saud Al-Mojfel, affirmed that the Kingdom, represented by its embassy, embodies the support of the Saudi leadership and people and their solidarity with the Palestinian people. He pointed out that this day is celebrated internationally to show solidarity with the Palestinian people and reflects the Kingdom’s political, economic, and humanitarian efforts to support the Palestinian cause and participate in achieving the aspirations of the Palestinian people.

The ambassador noted that the Kingdom has been engaged in this cause, which is the cause of all Arabs, since 1948.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ambassador to Syria, Samir Al-Rifai, expressed his gratitude to the Saudi Embassy for this initiative. He pointed out that the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People was adopted by the United Nations in 1977 as an acknowledgment of the historical injustice committed against Palestine and its people when the decision to partition Palestine was made in 1947. He emphasized that the decision was partially implemented but the remaining part was not, as the State of Palestine has not yet been established and the struggle continues to realize it.

Al-Rifai explained that the United Nations accepted Israel as a member in 1949 on the condition that it accepts the establishment of a Palestinian state and allows the return of Palestinians to their homeland, but Israel disregarded all international legitimacy resolutions, especially those related to the Palestinian cause.

He affirmed that this day is an eternal mark in the history of the Palestinian people, commemorating the partition associated with the Nakba. He expressed his thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for commemorating this day in all Saudi embassies worldwide. He concluded by emphasizing that the generation that witnessed the Nakba is mostly no longer present, but this memory will be passed down from generation to generation and will remain alive until the rights are restored to their owners.

The Supreme Arab Cause

Jordanian Ambassador to Syria, Sufyan Al-Qudah, affirmed that the Palestinian cause is the highest and most supreme cause, the foremost Arab cause and the core of Arab foreign policy. He noted that all Arab countries rally around it and expressed his gratitude to the Saudi Embassy for organizing this event in support of the Palestinian cause.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ahmed Jassim Al-Hussein, President of the Arab Writers Union in Syria, confirmed that the tragedy experienced by the Palestinian brothers is not only Palestinian but Arab. He emphasized that commemorating this day is a form of refusal of the injustice inflicted upon them and a statement that their Arab brothers stand with them in one way or another.

He explained that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its embassy in Damascus, expressed its solidarity with the Palestinian people through this event, which included the screening of a film about the support provided by the Kingdom to the Palestinian cause and the efforts of Saudi leaders towards it. The film also showed that Arab peace initiatives have always existed and that Israel is the party rejecting them.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia consistently affirms its firm and historic stance in supporting the Palestinian cause on all levels. The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1977 and celebrated annually on November 29, reminds the world of the rights of the Palestinian people and their ongoing suffering. This date holds special significance as it coincides with the anniversary of the adoption of Resolution 181 by the General Assembly in 1947, which called for the partition of Palestine, marking a turning point in the Palestinian cause.

L'ambassadeur saoudien à Damas, Faisal bin Saud Al-Mojfel, a affirmé que le Royaume, représenté par son ambassade, incarne le soutien de la direction saoudienne et du peuple saoudien ainsi que leur solidarité avec le peuple palestinien. Il a souligné que cette journée est célébrée à l'échelle internationale pour marquer la solidarité avec le peuple palestinien et reflète les efforts politiques, économiques et humanitaires du Royaume en faveur de la cause palestinienne et sa participation à la réalisation des aspirations du peuple palestinien.

L'ambassadeur a indiqué que le Royaume est engagé dans cette cause, qui est celle de tous les Arabes, depuis 1948.

De son côté, l'ambassadeur palestinien en Syrie, Samir Al-Rifai, a exprimé sa gratitude à l'ambassade d'Arabie Saoudite pour cette initiative, notant que la Journée internationale de solidarité avec le peuple palestinien a été adoptée par l'ONU en 1977 comme une reconnaissance de l'injustice historique commise envers la Palestine et son peuple lors de la décision de partition prise en 1947. Il a souligné que la décision a été partiellement mise en œuvre, mais pas entièrement, car l'État de Palestine n'a pas encore été établi et la lutte se poursuit pour sa réalisation.

Al-Rifai a expliqué que l'ONU a accepté Israël en tant que membre en 1949 à condition qu'elle accepte la création d'un État palestinien et permette le retour des Palestiniens dans leur pays, mais Israël a ignoré toutes les résolutions de légitimité internationale, notamment celles liées à la cause palestinienne.

Il a affirmé que cette journée est une marque éternelle dans l'histoire du peuple palestinien, commémorant la partition associée à la Nakba. Il a remercié le Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite, le Gardien des Deux Saintes Mosquées, et le prince héritier Mohammed ben Salmane pour la commémoration de cette journée dans toutes les ambassades saoudiennes à travers le monde. Il a conclu en soulignant que la génération qui a vécu la Nakba n'est pour la plupart plus présente, mais que ce souvenir sera transmis de génération en génération et restera vivant jusqu'à ce que les droits soient restitués à leurs propriétaires.

La cause arabe suprême

L'ambassadeur jordanien en Syrie, Sufyan Al-Qudah, a affirmé que la cause palestinienne est la cause la plus haute et suprême, la première cause arabe et le cœur de la politique étrangère arabe. Il a noté que tous les pays arabes se rallient autour d'elle et a exprimé sa gratitude à l'ambassade d'Arabie Saoudite pour l'organisation de cet événement en soutien à la cause palestinienne.

De son côté, le président de l'Union des écrivains arabes en Syrie, Dr Ahmed Jassim Al-Hussein, a confirmé que la tragédie vécue par les frères palestiniens n'est pas seulement palestinienne mais arabe. Il a souligné que commémorer cette journée est une forme de refus de l'injustice subie et une déclaration que leurs frères arabes les soutiennent d'une manière ou d'une autre.

Il a expliqué que le Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite, à travers son ambassade à Damas, a exprimé sa solidarité avec le peuple palestinien à travers cet événement, qui comprenait la projection d'un film sur le soutien apporté par le Royaume à la cause palestinienne et les efforts des dirigeants saoudiens à cet égard. Le film a également montré que les initiatives arabes de paix ont toujours existé et que c'est Israël qui les rejette.

Le Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite affirme constamment sa position ferme et historique dans le soutien à la cause palestinienne à tous les niveaux. La Journée internationale de solidarité avec le peuple palestinien, adoptée par l'Assemblée générale des Nations Unies en 1977 et célébrée chaque année le 29 novembre, rappelle au monde les droits du peuple palestinien et ses souffrances continues. Cette date revêt une signification particulière car elle coïncide avec l'anniversaire de l'adoption de la résolution 181 par l'Assemblée générale en 1947, qui appelait à la partition de la Palestine, marquant un tournant dans la cause palestinienne.

Suudi Arabistan Krallığı'nın Şam Büyükelçiliği, bugün akşam saatlerinde Four Seasons Otel'de Filistin Halkıyla Dayanışma Uluslararası Günü nedeniyle bir etkinlik düzenledi.

Şam'daki Suudi Arabistan Büyükelçisi Faisal bin Saud Al-Mojfel, Krallığın, elçiliği aracılığıyla Suudi liderliği ve halkının desteğini ve Filistin halkıyla dayanışmasını temsil ettiğini vurguladı. Bu günün, Filistin halkıyla dayanışma günü olarak uluslararası düzeyde kutlandığını ve Krallığın Filistin davasına siyasi, ekonomik ve insani desteklerini yansıttığını belirtti.

Büyükelçi, Krallığın 1948'den bu yana bu davaya, ki bu tüm Arapların davasıdır, bağlı olduğunu ifade etti.

Filistin'in Şam Büyükelçisi Samir Al-Rifai ise Suudi Arabistan Büyükelçiliği'ne bu girişim için teşekkür etti. Filistin Halkıyla Dayanışma Uluslararası Günü'nün 1977'de Birleşmiş Milletler tarafından kabul edildiğini ve bunun, 1947'de Filistin'in bölünmesi kararının yol açtığı tarihi haksızlığın bir kabulü olduğunu belirtti. Kararın kısmen uygulandığını ancak Filistin Devleti'nin henüz kurulmadığını ve mücadelenin devam ettiğini vurguladı.

Al-Rifai, 1949'da BM'nin İsrail'i üye olarak kabul ettiğini ancak bunun İsrail'in Filistin devleti kurulmasını kabul etmesi ve Filistinlilerin geri dönüşüne izin vermesi şartına bağlı olduğunu, ancak İsrail'in tüm uluslararası meşruiyet kararlarını hiçe saydığını belirtti.

Bu günün Filistin halkının tarihinde kalıcı bir anı olduğunu ve Nakba ile bağlantılı bölünmeyi temsil ettiğini vurguladı. Suudi Arabistan Krallığı'na, Kutsal Mekanların Koruyucusu'na ve Veliaht Prens Muhammed bin Salman'a bu günü dünya genelindeki tüm Suudi büyükelçiliklerinde anmaları nedeniyle teşekkür etti. Nakba'yı yaşayan neslin çoğunlukla artık hayatta olmadığını, ancak bu anının nesilden nesile aktarılacağını ve haklar sahiplerine geri dönene kadar canlı kalacağını belirtti.

Arapların En Yüce Davası

Ürdün Krallığı'nın Şam Büyükelçisi Sufyan Al-Qudah, Filistin meselesinin en yüce ve en önemli dava olduğunu, Arapların birinci davası ve Arap dış politikasının özünü oluşturduğunu belirtti. Tüm Arap ülkelerinin bu davanın etrafında toplandığını ve Suudi Arabistan Büyükelçiliği'ne Filistin davasına destek etkinliği düzenlediği için teşekkür etti.

Suriye Arap Yazarlar Birliği Başkanı Dr. Ahmed Jassim Al-Hussein, Filistinli kardeşlerin yaşadığı trajedinin sadece Filistinli değil, Arap trajedisi olduğunu vurguladı. Bu günün anılmasının üzerlerine yapılan haksızlığın reddi ve Arap kardeşlerinin bir şekilde onların yanında olduğunun ifadesi olduğunu belirtti.

Suudi Arabistan Krallığı'nın Şam Büyükelçiliği aracılığıyla bu etkinlikte Filistin halkıyla dayanışma gösterdiğini, etkinlikte Krallığın Filistin davasına verdiği destek ve Suudi liderlerin bu konudaki çabalarını anlatan bir film gösterildiğini açıkladı. Filmde Arap barış girişimlerinin her zaman var olduğu ve reddeden tarafın İsrail olduğu gösterildi.

Suudi Arabistan Krallığı, Filistin davasını her düzeyde destekleme konusundaki kararlı ve tarihi tutumunu sürekli teyit etmektedir. Birleşmiş Milletler Genel Kurulu tarafından 1977'de kabul edilen ve her yıl 29 Kasım'da kutlanan Filistin Halkıyla Dayanışma Uluslararası Günü, dünya halkına Filistin halkının haklarını ve süregelen acılarını hatırlatmaktadır. Bu tarih, 1947'de Genel Kurul tarafından kabul edilen ve Filistin'in bölünmesini öngören 181 sayılı kararın yıldönümü ile aynı zamana denk gelmekte olup, Filistin davasında bir dönüm noktasıdır.
