يواصل الفريق الفني والهندسي المكلف بتجهيز مبنى القنصلية السورية في مدينة بون بألمانيا أعماله بوتيرة متسارعة، تمهيداً لافتتاحها قريباً أمام الجالية السورية في ألمانيا وتقديم الخدمات القنصلية وفق أعلى المعايير.

وفي تصريح خاص لـ العاصمة نيوز، أوضح المشرف على تنفيذ المشروع عبد السلام المرعي أن المبنى كان عند استلامه خاوياً ومنهوباً بالكامل، وخالياً من أي تجهيزات أو بنية خدمية، مشيراً إلى تعرض البناء لإهمال طويل تجاوز عشرين عاماً، ما أدى إلى تدهور كبير في البنية التحتية وجعل عملية التأهيل شاملة ومعقدة.

وأضاف المرعي: بدأنا العمل من الصفر، وأعدنا تأهيل كامل الإنشاءات، إضافة إلى تركيب شبكة اتصالات وإنترنت مرتبطة مباشرة بمنظومة وزارة الخارجية لضمان سرعة إنجاز المعاملات، مشيراً إلى تجهيز أقسام الأحوال المدنية والجوازات والوكالات والتصديقات وتوزيعها بطريقة تسهل حركة المراجعين، إلى جانب تركيب منظومة مراقبة حديثة، ونظام إنذار وإطفاء الحريق وفق المعايير الألمانية، وتجهيز مكاتب الموظفين بأجهزة حديثة ونظام للدور الإلكتروني.

وأشار المرعي إلى أن المشروع وصل إلى مراحله النهائية، ولم يتبق سوى \"اللمسات النهائية\"، على أن تبدأ قريباً مرحلة اختبار الأنظمة وتشغيلها للتأكد من جاهزيتها الكاملة قبل الافتتاح.

وأكد المرعي أن افتتاح القنصلية في بون يأتي ضمن حرص الدولة على تسهيل شؤون أبنائها في الخارج وتخفيف الضغط عن السفارة في برلين، مشيراً إلى أن المركز القنصلي سيكون بيئة خدمية متطورة تضمن راحة المتعاملين وسرعة إنجاز المعاملات من اليوم الأول للافتتاح.

وكان وفد تقني من وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين زار مدينة بون الشهر الماضي لاستكمال التحضيرات الفنية والإدارية لإعادة افتتاح مقر القنصلية العامة، بعد استكمال تطوير الخدمات القنصلية في سفارة الجمهورية العربية السورية في برلين.

The technical and engineering team supervising the preparation of the Syrian consulate building in Bonn, Germany, continues their work at a rapid pace in anticipation of its upcoming opening to serve the Syrian community in Germany and provide consular services according to the highest standards.

In an exclusive statement to Al-Asima News, project supervisor Abdulsalam Al-Marai explained that the building was completely empty and looted upon receipt, lacking any equipment or service infrastructure. He noted that the building had suffered from over twenty years of neglect, resulting in significant deterioration of its infrastructure, making the rehabilitation process comprehensive and complex.

Al-Marai added: \"We started from scratch, fully rehabilitating the structures, installing a communications and internet network directly linked to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs system to ensure speedy processing of transactions. Departments for civil status, passports, powers of attorney, and certifications were arranged to facilitate visitor flow, alongside installing a modern surveillance system, fire alarm and extinguishing system according to German standards, and equipping staff offices with modern devices and an electronic queue system.\"

He pointed out that the project has reached its final stages, with only \"final touches\" remaining. Soon, system testing and operation will begin to ensure full readiness before the opening.

Al-Marai emphasized that opening the consulate in Bonn reflects the state's commitment to facilitating the affairs of its citizens abroad and easing pressure on the embassy in Berlin. The consular center will offer an advanced service environment ensuring comfort and speedy transaction processing from day one.

A technical delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates visited Bonn last month to complete the technical and administrative preparations for reopening the consulate general building, following the completion of consular service developments at the Syrian Arab Republic embassy in Berlin.

Il a souligné que le bâtiment avait subi plus de vingt ans de négligence, entraînant une détérioration importante de son infrastructure, rendant le processus de réhabilitation complet et complexe.

Al-Marai a ajouté : « Nous avons commencé à zéro, en réhabilitant entièrement les structures, en installant un réseau de communications et d'internet directement lié au système du ministère des Affaires étrangères pour assurer un traitement rapide des transactions. Les départements de l'état civil, des passeports, des procurations et des certifications ont été organisés pour faciliter la circulation des visiteurs, ainsi que l'installation d'un système de surveillance moderne, d'un système d'alarme incendie et d'extinction conforme aux normes allemandes, et l'équipement des bureaux du personnel avec des appareils modernes et un système de file d'attente électronique. »

Il a indiqué que le projet est arrivé à ses dernières étapes, ne restant que les « touches finales ». Bientôt, les tests des systèmes et leur mise en service commenceront pour assurer une préparation complète avant l'ouverture.

Al-Marai a souligné que l'ouverture du consulat à Bonn reflète l'engagement de l'État à faciliter les affaires de ses citoyens à l'étranger et à alléger la pression sur l'ambassade à Berlin. Le centre consulaire offrira un environnement de service avancé garantissant confort et rapidité dans le traitement des transactions dès le premier jour.

Une délégation technique du ministère des Affaires étrangères et des Expatriés a visité Bonn le mois dernier pour achever les préparatifs techniques et administratifs de la réouverture du bâtiment du consulat général, après l'achèvement du développement des services consulaires à l'ambassade de la République arabe syrienne à Berlin.
