    "content": "<p>دمشق-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>عقدت مؤسسة معتقلي ومفقودي سجن صيدنايا اجتماعها الأول لهيئتها العامة في مقرها بدمشق، حيث ناقشت آخر التطورات المتعلقة بملف المعتقلين والمفقودين لدى النظام السابق، بالإضافة إلى تلبية احتياجات الناجين منهم وأسرهم، وخطط العمل المستقبلية، والتحديات التي تواجه تعزيز جهود العدالة والمساءلة.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/84db4d74498a09cf522258e1cd0de27be946cbf0.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>ركز الاجتماع، الذي حضره عدد من الأعضاء المؤسسين والناجين المحررين، على آليات تقديم الدعم الطبي والإغاثي والنفسي، وسبل إعادة دمج المعتقلين في المجتمع، والتعامل مع آثار سنوات الحرمان من التعليم والعمل.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<h2>تكامل الجهود الوطنية لتلبية الاحتياجات</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/fc8a7baf619fa09d4fea0b306991057c18b60bd5.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>أوضح المدير التنفيذي للمؤسسة دياب سرية في تصريح خاص لـ\"العاصمة نيوز\" أن المؤسسة تعمل على إعداد ورقة توصيات شاملة لرفعها إلى الجهات الحكومية المختصة، بما في ذلك الهيئة الوطنية للمفقودين وهيئة العدالة الانتقالية، مشيراً إلى أن حجم الاحتياجات يتطلب تضافر جهود المجتمع المحلي مع المؤسسات الحكومية.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<h2>فروع جديدة لضمان وصول الخدمات للمستفيدين</h2>\n\n<p>كشف العضو المؤسس بالمؤسسة أسعد أحمد المحمد عن خطة التوسع الأفقية للمؤسسة للوصول إلى المستفيدين في مختلف المحافظات، قائلاً: \"نعمل حالياً على افتتاح فروع جديدة في حلب وإدلب والمنطقة الوسطى والشمالية لضمان تقديم الخدمات للأهالي والناجين أينما كانوا.\"</p>\n\n<h2>ردم الفجوة التعليمية وبناء الإنسان</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/49cdbc418969c7c5952cee36e83ad816be9431f7.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>أوضح المحمد أن الأولوية الحالية تتركز على الجانب الثقافي والتربوي لسد الفجوة التعليمية التي خلفتها السنوات الماضية، مشيراً إلى انقطاع طويل عن التعليم والثقافة، وتعمل المؤسسة على ترميم ذلك عبر دعم أبناء المعتقلين والشهداء والناجين لإعادة دمجهم علمياً ومعرفياً.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>تأسست مؤسسة معتقلي ومفقودي سجن صيدنايا بموجب القرار 402 لعام 2025 الصادر عن وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، وهي نتاج رابطة تأسست في تركيا عام 2017 لتمثيل الناجين من سجن صيدنايا وعائلاتهم، وتقدم الدعم لأسر المفقودين والمعتقلين، وتوفر لهم المعلومات والاستشارات بالإضافة إلى خدمات إعادة التأهيل التي تركز على الصحة النفسية للناجين من التعذيب والعنف وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.</p>\n\n<p>يُعد سجن صيدنايا من أبرز السجون العسكرية التابعة للنظام السابق، حيث لُقب بـ\"المسلخ البشري\" نظراً لعمليات الإعدام والتعذيب التي مورست فيه بحق المعتقلين، ووصف بأنه أحد أكبر مشاريع القتل الممنهج في القرن الحادي والعشرين ضد شعب أعزل، كاشفاً بذلك عن وجوه متعددة لصناعة الموت التي ازدهرت في عهد النظام السابق.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/93b147d4342f735f6c7af77e4c38cca703d3013f.jpg\"></figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/869ee06c9c7edbc95d4ef23004d65a3f2a9349fd.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>",

    "content": "<p>Damascus - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The Prisoners and Missing Persons Foundation of Saidnaya Prison held its first general assembly meeting at its Damascus headquarters, discussing the latest developments related to detainees and missing persons under the former regime, addressing the needs of survivors and their families, future work plans, and challenges to strengthen justice and accountability efforts.</p>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/84db4d74498a09cf522258e1cd0de27be946cbf0.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>The meeting, attended by founding members and released survivors, focused on mechanisms to provide medical, relief, and psychological support, ways to reintegrate detainees into society, and overcoming the effects of years of deprivation from education and work.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<h2>National Efforts Integration to Meet Needs</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/fc8a7baf619fa09d4fea0b306991057c18b60bd5.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Diab Siria, the foundation&apos;s executive director, told Al-Asima News that the foundation is preparing a comprehensive recommendation paper to submit to relevant government bodies, including the National Commission for the Missing and the Transitional Justice Commission, noting that the scale of needs requires combined efforts between local communities and government institutions.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<h2>New Branches to Ensure Service Access for Beneficiaries</h2>\n\n<p>Founding member Asaad Ahmad Al-Mohammad revealed the foundation&apos;s plan for horizontal expansion to reach beneficiaries across various provinces, stating: \"We are currently working on opening new branches in Aleppo, Idlib, the central and northern regions to ensure service delivery to families and survivors wherever they are.\"</p>\n\n<h2>Bridging the Educational Gap and Human Development</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/49cdbc418969c7c5952cee36e83ad816be9431f7.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Al-Mohammad explained that the current priority focuses on cultural and educational aspects to bridge the educational gap caused by past years, highlighting a long interruption in education and culture. The foundation is working to restore this by supporting the children of detainees, martyrs, and survivors to reintegrate them academically and cognitively.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>The Prisoners and Missing Persons Foundation of Saidnaya, officially registered under Decision 402 of 2025 issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs, originated from an association established in Turkey in 2017 to represent survivors of Saidnaya Prison and their families. It provides support to families of the missing and detainees, offers information and consultations, and rehabilitation services focusing on the mental health of survivors of torture, violence, and human rights violations.</p>\n\n<p>Saidnaya Prison is one of the most notorious military prisons of the former regime, nicknamed the \"human slaughterhouse\" due to executions and torture practiced inside against detainees.
