بدأت دائرة الزراعة في مدينة معرة النعمان بالتنسيق مع إدارة المنطقة عملية إزالة السواتر الترابية التي خلفها النظام السابق في الأراضي الزراعية بالمنطقة، بدعم من حملة “الوفاء لإدلب”.

وفي تصريح خاص لـ العاصمة نيوز، أوضح المراقب الفني في دائرة الزراعة بمعرة النعمان أسامة كبتاوي، أنه استجابة لمطالب المزارعين في معرة النعمان، تم البدء بإزالة السواتر الترابية التي أقامها النظام السابق في الأراضي الزراعية، استعداداً للموسم الزراعي القادم.

من جهته، أشار مسؤول العلاقات العامة في إدارة منطقة معرة النعمان بلال مخزوم إلى أنه “بتمويل من حملة الوفاء لإدلب، وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الدفاع، تم تأمين آليتي بلدوزر وآلية تركس لإزالة السواتر الترابية المنتشرة في الأراضي الزراعية في المنطقة”، مؤكداً أن الهدف هو استصلاح هذه الأراضي وإعادة تأهيلها قبل بدء موسم الشتاء.

وقد تسببت ممارسات النظام السابق بأضرار كبيرة في الأراضي الزراعية بالمنطقة جراء إقامة السواتر الترابية، حفر الخنادق، وقطع الأشجار، وغيرها من الاعتداءات، ما أدى إلى تدمير مساحات واسعة من الأراضي في معرة النعمان ومناطق أخرى في إدلب.

ونفذت محافظة إدلب مؤخراً، ضمن حملة “الوفاء لإدلب”، مجموعة من المشاريع الخدمية الطارئة لإصلاح عدد من الطرق المتضررة جراء القصف الذي تعرضت له خلال فترة النظام السابق في ريف المحافظة.

In an exclusive statement to Al-Asima News, Osama Kabtawe, the technical supervisor at the Agriculture Department in Maarrat al-Numan, explained that responding to the farmers' demands, the removal of the earthen barriers established by the former regime in the agricultural lands has begun in preparation for the upcoming farming season.

Bilal Makhzoom, Public Relations Officer of the Maarrat al-Numan administration, stated that “with funding from the Loyalty to Idlib campaign and coordination with the Ministry of Defense, two bulldozers and one tractor have been secured to remove the earthen barriers spread across the agricultural lands in the area,” emphasizing that the goal is to reclaim and rehabilitate these lands before the winter season begins.

The practices of the former regime caused significant damage to the agricultural lands in the area through the construction of earthen barriers, digging trenches, cutting trees, and other violations, resulting in the destruction of vast areas of land in Maarrat al-Numan and other parts of Idlib.

Recently, Idlib Governorate, as part of the “Loyalty to Idlib” campaign, implemented a series of urgent service projects to repair several roads damaged by shelling during the former regime’s period in the countryside.
