أطلقت غرفة صناعة دمشق وريفها، بالتعاون مع المجلس النرويجي للاجئين، اليوم، مشروعاً للتدريب المهني يهدف إلى تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل وتمكين الشباب من تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في منطقة السبينة، بما في ذلك منطقة فضلون الصناعية بريف دمشق.

ويأتي هذا المشروع، الذي ينفذ بموجب مذكرة تفاهم موقعة بين الطرفين، بهدف وضع خطط لتوفير فرص عمل مستدامة للمتدربين الشباب في المنطقة.

وخلال اللقاء الذي عقد في إحدى المنشآت الصناعية بمنطقة فضلون الصناعية بريف دمشق مع عدد من أصحاب المنشآت، أكد ممثلو المجلس النرويجي للاجئين على أهمية توجيه التدريب نحو الفئات الأكثر ضعفاً في المجتمع، لا سيما الشباب الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 و35 عاماً والذين فقدوا فرص التعليم.

وأشاروا إلى أن المتدربين سيخضعون لسلسلة من الاختبارات تمهيداً لدخول سوق العمل، كما سيقوم المجلس بتغطية رواتب المتدربين ضمن المنشآت لمدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 6 أشهر، داعين الصناعيين لتقديم رؤاهم حول الثغرات والتحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل.

من جانبهم، أكد الصناعيون على أهمية التدريب في مجالات إدارة الوقت، تقليل الهدر، وزيادة الإنتاجية عبر تحسين مهارات الحركات المهنية، بالإضافة إلى الالتزام بالإجراءات الإدارية، وتعلم مهارات تسويق المنتجات النهائية، وتطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية، خصوصاً في الصناعات التي تتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية.

بدوره، أكد رئيس غرفة صناعة دمشق وريفها أيمن مولوي خلال اللقاء أن المشروع يمثل نقطة انطلاق قوية نحو مستقبل أفضل للشباب، ويعكس التزام المجتمع الصناعي بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مشدداً على ضرورة معالجة الثغرات في قانون العمل وضمان حماية حقوق أصحاب العمل والعمال بما يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية.

The Damascus and Rural Damascus Chamber of Industry, in cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee Council, launched today a vocational training project aimed at meeting labor market needs and empowering youth to achieve sustainable development in the Al-Subaynah area, including the Fadlon Industrial Area in rural Damascus.

The project, implemented under a memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties, aims to develop plans to provide sustainable job opportunities for young trainees in the region.

During a meeting held at one of the industrial facilities in the Fadlon Industrial Area in rural Damascus with a group of facility owners, representatives of the Norwegian Refugee Council emphasized the importance of directing training towards the most vulnerable groups in society, especially youth aged between 15 and 35 who have missed educational opportunities.

They pointed out that trainees will undergo a series of tests to prepare for the labor market, and the Council will cover the trainees' salaries within the facilities for a period ranging from 3 to 6 months, calling on industrialists to share their insights on labor market gaps and challenges.

La Chambre de l’Industrie de Damas et sa banlieue, en coopération avec le Conseil norvégien pour les réfugiés, a lancé aujourd’hui un projet de formation professionnelle visant à répondre aux besoins du marché du travail et à autonomiser les jeunes pour atteindre un développement durable dans la région d’Al-Subaynah, y compris la zone industrielle de Fadlon en banlieue de Damas.

Ce projet, mis en œuvre dans le cadre d’un protocole d’accord signé entre les deux parties, vise à élaborer des plans pour fournir des opportunités d’emploi durables aux jeunes stagiaires de la région.

Lors d’une rencontre tenue dans une des installations industrielles de la zone industrielle de Fadlon en banlieue de Damas avec un groupe de propriétaires d’établissements, les représentants du Conseil norvégien pour les réfugiés ont souligné l’importance d’orienter la formation vers les groupes les plus vulnérables de la société, en particulier les jeunes âgés de 15 à 35 ans ayant manqué des opportunités éducatives.

Ils ont indiqué que les stagiaires passeront une série de tests pour accéder au marché du travail, et que le Conseil couvrira les salaires des stagiaires au sein des établissements pendant une période allant de 3 à 6 mois, appelant les industriels à partager leurs visions sur les lacunes et défis du marché du travail.

Şam ve Kırsal Şam Sanayi Odası, Norveç Mülteci Konseyi ile iş birliği içinde bugün, Al-Subaynah bölgesinde ve Kırsal Şam’daki Fadlon Sanayi Bölgesi’nde iş gücü piyasasının ihtiyaçlarını karşılamayı ve gençlerin sürdürülebilir kalkınmayı gerçekleştirmesini sağlamayı amaçlayan mesleki eğitim projesini başlattı.

Taraflar arasında imzalanan mutabakat zaptı kapsamında yürütülen bu proje, bölgede genç stajyerlere sürdürülebilir iş fırsatları sağlamak için planlar geliştirmeyi hedefliyor.
