افتتح وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مروان الحلبي اليوم عدداً من الأقسام والشعب الطبية الجديدة في مستشفى إدلب الجامعي، كان أبرزها شعبة الأشعة التداخلية، بحضور رسمي وأكاديمي.

واطلع الوزير على سير العمل في مختلف أقسام المستشفى، مشدداً على حرص الوزارة على دعم المستشفيات الجامعية وتطوير بنيتها التحتية لتوفير بيئة تدريبية متقدمة للكوادر الطبية والطلاب، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات التعليم الطبي الحديث.

وأكد الحلبي استمرار التعاون بين الوزارة والمستشفى لتأمين الاحتياجات الضرورية وتحسين جودة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمواطنين، وتعزيز الدور الأكاديمي والبحثي للمستشفيات الجامعية.

وقال الوزير في تصريح للإعلاميين: \"تم اليوم افتتاح حزمة من الأقسام في المستشفى، من أهمها شعبة الأشعة التداخلية\"، مشيراً إلى أن افتتاح أول شعبة للأشعة التداخلية في مدينة إدلب يشكل إنجازاً هاماً للمحافظة.

وأشار إلى وجود كادر طبي جاهز في شعبة الأشعة التداخلية، بالإضافة إلى كوادر طبية سورية مقيمة في أوروبا جاءت لتدريب الكوادر المحلية في المستشفى.

من جهته، أوضح مدير مستشفى إدلب الجامعي الدكتور يحيى مطير أن الهدف من افتتاح هذه الأقسام هو الارتقاء بالخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى أولاً، وتطوير مهارات الأطباء المقيمين من خلال تدريبهم ثانياً.

وخلال فعاليات الافتتاح، قدم وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي محاضرة تناولت محاور عدة في المجال الطبي.

وحضر الافتتاح محافظ إدلب محمد عبد الرحمن، ومعاونو وزيري التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والصحة، وعدد من المعنيين والأكاديميين والطلاب في جامعة إدلب وكلية الطب البشري.

يكتسب افتتاح شعبة الأشعة التداخلية أهمية خاصة لكونها الأولى من نوعها في سوريا، وتهدف إلى تقديم خدمات طبية متطورة في مجال التداخلات الشعاعية المعتمدة في الطب الحديث، بالإضافة إلى تدريب الكوادر على يد مجموعة من الاختصاصيين والاستشاريين السوريين حول العالم.

ويأتي افتتاح هذه الأقسام والوحدات الطبية ضمن جهود تطوير القطاع الصحي وتعزيز منظومة الخدمات الطبية المتخصصة في المستشفيات الجامعية، بما يسهم في دعم المسار الأكاديمي والبحثي والارتقاء بجودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين.

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Marwan Al-Halabi, inaugurated today several new medical departments and units at Idlib University Hospital, most notably the Interventional Radiology Department, in the presence of official and academic figures.

The minister reviewed the workflow in various hospital departments, emphasizing the ministry's commitment to supporting university hospitals and developing their infrastructure to provide an advanced training environment for medical staff and students, in line with modern medical education requirements.

Al-Halabi affirmed the continued cooperation between the ministry and the hospital to secure necessary needs and improve the quality of services provided to citizens, as well as to enhance the academic and research roles of university hospitals.

The minister told reporters: \"Today we inaugurated a package of departments at the hospital, most importantly the Interventional Radiology Department,\" noting that the opening of the first Interventional Radiology Department in Idlib city is a proud achievement for the governorate.

He pointed out the presence of a ready medical team in the Interventional Radiology Department, in addition to Syrian medical staff residing in Europe who came to train local cadres at the hospital.

Dr. Yahya Muteir, director of Idlib University Hospital, explained that the objective of opening these departments is to enhance medical services provided to patients first, and to improve the skills and training of resident doctors second.

During the inauguration events, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research delivered a lecture covering several topics in the medical field.

The opening was attended by Idlib Governor Mohammed Abdul Rahman, deputies of the Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Health, and a number of officials, academics, and students from Idlib University and its Faculty of Medicine.

The opening of the Interventional Radiology Department is especially significant as it is the first of its kind in Syria. It aims to provide advanced medical services in the field of radiological interventions used in modern medicine and to train cadres under the guidance of Syrian specialists and consultants worldwide.

This inauguration of medical departments and units comes within the framework of developing the health sector and enhancing the system of specialized medical services in university hospitals, contributing to supporting academic and research paths and improving the quality of healthcare provided to citizens.

Le ministre de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, Marwan Al-Halabi, a inauguré aujourd'hui plusieurs nouveaux départements et sections médicales à l'hôpital universitaire d'Idlib, notamment le service de radiologie interventionnelle, en présence de représentants officiels et académiques.

Le ministre a examiné le déroulement des travaux dans les différents services de l'hôpital, soulignant l'engagement du ministère à soutenir les hôpitaux universitaires et à développer leurs infrastructures afin d'offrir un environnement de formation avancé pour le personnel médical et les étudiants, conformément aux exigences de l'enseignement médical moderne.

Al-Halabi a confirmé la poursuite de la coopération entre le ministère et l'hôpital pour assurer les besoins nécessaires et améliorer la qualité des services fournis aux citoyens, ainsi que pour renforcer le rôle académique et de recherche des hôpitaux universitaires.

Le ministre a déclaré aux journalistes : « Aujourd'hui, nous avons inauguré un ensemble de départements à l'hôpital, dont le plus important est le service de radiologie interventionnelle », notant que l'ouverture du premier service de radiologie interventionnelle dans la ville d'Idlib est une fierté pour la gouvernance.

Il a indiqué la présence d'une équipe médicale prête dans le service de radiologie interventionnelle, en plus d'un personnel médical syrien résidant en Europe venu former les cadres locaux à l'hôpital.

Le directeur de l'hôpital universitaire d'Idlib, le Dr Yahya Muteir, a expliqué que l'objectif de l'ouverture de ces départements est d'améliorer les services médicaux offerts aux patients en premier lieu, et de développer les compétences des médecins résidents à travers leur formation en second lieu.

Lors des événements d'inauguration, le ministre de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique a donné une conférence couvrant plusieurs axes dans le domaine médical.

La cérémonie d'ouverture a été suivie par le gouverneur d'Idlib, Mohammed Abdul Rahman, les adjoints des ministres de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Santé, ainsi que plusieurs responsables, universitaires et étudiants de l'université d'Idlib et de sa faculté de médecine.

L'ouverture du service de radiologie interventionnelle revêt une importance particulière car il s'agit du premier du genre en Syrie. Il vise à fournir des services médicaux avancés dans le domaine des interventions radiologiques utilisées en médecine moderne, ainsi qu'à former les cadres sous la direction de spécialistes et consultants syriens dans le monde entier.

Cette inauguration des départements et unités médicales s'inscrit dans le cadre du développement du secteur de la santé et du renforcement du système des services médicaux spécialisés dans les hôpitaux universitaires, contribuant à soutenir les parcours académiques et de recherche et à améliorer la qualité des soins de santé offerts aux citoyens.
