\n\nأكد المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية السورية نور الدين البابا أن الوزارة تبذل أقصى جهودها لتقديم أفضل خدمة أمنية ممكنة للشعب السوري، مشيراً إلى أن المواطن هو المقيّم الحقيقي لأداء الوزارة، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الظروف التي نشأت فيها والتحديات الكبيرة التي واجهتها. وأضاف أن هناك مراكز دراسات وأبحاث وعدداً من المختصين والباحثين الذين يقيّمون أداء الوزارة باستخدام أدوات قياس موضوعية وحيادية.
\n\nوفي تصريح خاص لوكالة ريانوفوستي الروسية، أوضح البابا أن هناك تعاوناً وتنسيقاً أمنياً بين سوريا وعدد من دول الجوار والإقليم، منها المملكة العربية السعودية، ودولة قطر، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وجمهورية العراق، وجمهورية تركيا، مع توقع بدء تنسيق أمني مثمر قريباً مع الجمهورية اللبنانية.
\n\nوأشار إلى أن هذه العلاقات ترتكز على التدريب والعمليات المشتركة وتبادل المعلومات، مبيناً أن روسيا يمكن أن تلعب دوراً مهماً في دعم وتطوير قطاع الأمن والشرطة في سوريا عبر إبرام اتفاقيات أمنية مشتركة عند وجود تهديدات أمنية متبادلة، وتعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بما يخدم مصلحة سوريا.
\n\nوحول وجود شكاوى تتعلق بتجاوزات أمنية، قال البابا إن من الضروري التمييز بين التجاوزات أو الأخطاء الأمنية من جهة، والممارسات الطائفية من جهة أخرى، مؤكداً رفض الممارسات الطائفية لأنها تتعارض مع سياسة الدولة السورية والنهج الوطني المبني على مبادئ العدل والكرامة والحرية لجميع المواطنين. وأشار إلى أن الأخطاء الأمنية الفردية موجودة كما في أي مؤسسة أمنية عالمية، لكنها محدودة ولا تستهدف أي طائفة أو عرق معين.
\n\nوبخصوص عدد المطلوبين أمنياً، نفى البابا الأرقام المبالغ فيها التي تذكر الملايين، مبيناً أن العدد يتراوح بين عشرات إلى مئات الآلاف، مع اختلاف درجات التورط بينهم، حيث يشمل بعضهم من تورط في جرائم قتل وتعذيب واغتصاب وإخفاء قسري، وآخرين ممن استفادوا من النظام السابق مادياً أو إعلامياً أو سياسياً، بالإضافة إلى مجندين إجباريين سابقين في جيش النظام السابق.
\n\nوأوضح أنه يتم تصنيف المطلوبين حسب مستوى تورطهم، وجمع الأدلة لإحالة المتورطين في الجرائم إلى القضاء المختص لينالوا جزاءهم العادل، مع التركيز على إعادة دمج من لم تثبت تلطخ أيديهم بدماء الأبرياء في المجتمع كمواطنين صالحين لبدء حياة جديدة.
\n\nوفيما يخص الأوراق الثبوتية التي كان النظام السابق يحرم ملايين السوريين منها، أكد البابا أن وزارة الداخلية أصدرت منذ بداية التحرير أكثر من مليون جواز سفر، بالإضافة إلى ملايين الوثائق الرسمية الأخرى التي تسهل شؤون المواطنين، مع تقديم هذه الخدمات بكفاءة عالية رغم الظروف الصعبة. وأضاف أن الوزارة ستنتقل قريباً إلى المرحلة الرقمية لتقديم خدمات أسرع وأكثر جودة، والتخلص نهائياً من المعاملات الورقية.
\n\nوأشار إلى أن إصدار الهويات والأوراق الرسمية مرتبط بتحديث الهوية البصرية للدولة وإجراء إحصاء شامل لجميع السكان على الأراضي السورية لضمان دقة قاعدة البيانات الوطنية.
\n\nوبخصوص القوات الخارجة عن منظومة الدولة السورية، أكد البابا أن الدولة تفضل الحلول السياسية والدبلوماسية، داعية الجميع للانضمام إلى المشروع الوطني الذي يشمل جميع المواطنين، ومنفتحة على الوساطات الإيجابية لتجنب المزيد من المعاناة، مع وجود حوارات جادة ترعاها دول إقليمية ودولية لدمج هذه القوات ضمن مؤسسات الدولة الشرعية.
\n\nوعن الحملات الإعلامية التي تستهدف سوريا الجديدة، أوضح البابا أن هناك تقارير من مؤسسات ومنصات إعلامية رقمية موثوقة كشفت وجود عشرات الآلاف وربما ملايين الحسابات التي تنشر أخباراً مضللة وزائفة تؤثر سلباً على السلم الأهلي والرأي العام.
\n\nوأضاف أن وزارة الداخلية تلعب دوراً أساسياً في تفنيد هذه الشائعات، وتوضيح الحقائق للرأي العام، والتواصل الإيجابي مع المواطنين من خلال الرد على استفساراتهم وشرح الإنجازات التي تحققت على أرض الواقع.
\n\nوفيما يخص ملف المقاتلين الأجانب، أوضح البابا أن هذا الأمر من اختصاص رئاسة الجمهورية، مؤكداً حرص سوريا على ألا يشكل أي شخص موجود على أراضيها تهديداً لدول الجوار أو الإقليم أو العالم، وتسعى لأن تكون مصدراً للأمن والاستقرار لا للتهديد والقلق.

He acknowledged that individual security errors exist, as in any global security institution, but they are limited in scope and do not target any specific sect or ethnicity.
\n\nConcerning the number of wanted individuals, Al-Baba denied exaggerated claims of millions, estimating the number in the tens or hundreds of thousands, with varying degrees of involvement. Some are implicated in crimes such as murder, torture, rape, and enforced disappearance, while others benefited from the former regime financially, politically, or through media support, including former conscripts in the previous regime's army.
\n\nHe explained that wanted persons are classified according to their level of involvement, with evidence gathered to refer those implicated in crimes to specialized courts for fair justice. Meanwhile, special attention is given to reintegrating those not involved in bloodshed as productive citizens to start anew.
\n\nRegarding identity documents that the former regime deliberately withheld from millions of Syrians, Al-Baba affirmed that since liberation, the Ministry of Interior has issued over one million passports, along with millions of other official documents facilitating citizens' affairs. The ministry will soon transition to a digital phase, eliminating paper transactions to offer faster and higher-quality services.

\n\nOn forces operating outside the Syrian state's system, Al-Baba confirmed the state's preference for political and diplomatic solutions, inviting all to join the national project encompassing all citizens. The state is open to positive mediations to avoid further suffering, with serious dialogues sponsored by influential regional and international countries aimed at integrating these forces into legitimate state institutions.
\n\nAddressing media campaigns targeting the new Syria, Al-Baba stated that reliable digital media platforms have revealed tens of thousands, possibly millions, of accounts spreading misleading and false news that negatively impact social peace and public opinion.
