اختتمت اليوم فعاليات المؤتمر الطبي الأوروبي العربي الأول 2025، الذي نظمته وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بالتعاون مع اتحاد الأطباء والصيادلة السوريين في فرنسا، واتحاد الأطباء والصيادلة العرب في النمسا، والجمعية الطبية الأوروبية العربية، على مدى ثلاثة أيام في المشفى الوطني الجامعي بدمشق.

وخلال لقاء عُقد على هامش المؤتمر مع أعضاء لجنة إدارته، أشاد وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مروان الحلبي بالإقبال الكبير الذي شهده المؤتمر، والذي بلغ نحو 3 آلاف طبيب، معتبرًا أنه يشكل خطوة أساسية نحو تنظيم مؤتمرات تخصصية مستقبلية، مشددًا على أهمية التعاون مع اللجنة لدعم مشفى الأطفال والإمكانيات المتوفرة فيه.

من جانبهم، أكد أعضاء اللجنة أن إقامة هذا المؤتمر واجب وطني من الأطباء المغتربين تجاه وطنهم، معبرين عن استعدادهم للبدء في مشروع أتمتة المشفى الوطني واكتشاف الأمراض النادرة في سوريا.

مذكرة تفاهم وعقود مؤتمرات تخصصية

وفي تصريح خاص لمراسل العاصمة نيوز، أوضح الوزير الحلبي أنه تم خلال المؤتمر إجراء مباحثات حول إعداد مذكرة تفاهم بين اتحاد الأطباء والصيادلة العرب في فرنسا والنمسا، والجمعية العربية الأوروبية، وتم الاتفاق على تفاصيلها، على أن يتم توقيعها لاحقًا بعد استكمال الإجراءات اللازمة.

كما تم وضع خارطة طريق للتعاون بعد المؤتمر في المجالات العلمية، وورش العمل، والمؤتمرات التخصصية، مع التحضير لعقد مؤتمرين في شهر شباط المقبل، الأول حول الأورام بشكل عام، والثاني لاتحاد الجمعيات الطبية العربية حول \"الفيروس والأمراض\"، بالإضافة إلى خطة للتعاون في مجال زراعة الأعضاء، مثل زراعة الرئة، وتشكيل هيئة لزراعة الأعضاء، ومناقشة خطوط بحثية لتطوير التعليم العالي.

تبادل الخبرات الطبية من دول الاغتراب

وفي تصريح مماثل، أكد مدير عام المشفى الوطني بدمشق عبد الغني الشلبي أهمية المؤتمر في تبادل الخبرات بين الأطباء داخل سوريا، والأطباء القادمين من الخارج الذين قدموا خلاصة خبراتهم في دول الاغتراب، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الخبرات تساهم في تطوير الجوانب العملية في المشفى الوطني ومشافي البلاد، حيث شمل المؤتمر أطباء من جميع المحافظات، مما أتاح لهم الاستفادة من خبرات الأطباء المغتربين وآخر المستجدات في العلوم الطبية حسب تخصص كل منهم.

وشهد ختام المؤتمر تكريم الوزير الحلبي لرئيس المؤتمر الطبيب عبد المنعم حميد وأعضاء لجنة الإدارة، بحضور معاوني وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي للشؤون الإدارية والمالية عبير قدسي، وللشؤون التعليمية والبحث العلمي غيث ورقوزق.

وانطلقت فعاليات المؤتمر يوم الجمعة الماضي بمشاركة أكثر من ألف طبيب من نخبة الأطباء الاختصاصيين والصيادلة من سوريا وأوروبا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول الخليج العربي، بهدف تبادل الخبرات العلمية، وتعزيز التعليم الطبي، ودعم المستشفيات السورية بالكفاءات والخبرات.

The first European-Arab Medical Conference 2025 concluded today, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in cooperation with the Union of Syrian Doctors and Pharmacists in France, the Union of Arab Doctors and Pharmacists in Austria, and the European-Arab Medical Association. The event spanned three days at the National University Hospital in Damascus.

During a meeting held on the sidelines of the conference with its management committee members, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Marwan Al-Halabi praised the large turnout, which reached approximately 3,000 doctors. He considered the conference a fundamental step towards future specialized conferences, emphasizing the importance of cooperation with the committee to support the Children's Hospital and its available resources.

The committee members described organizing the conference as a national duty for expatriate doctors towards their homeland, expressing readiness to begin projects for automating the National Hospital and identifying rare diseases in Syria.

Memorandum of Understanding and Specialized Conferences

In an exclusive statement to Capital News, Minister Al-Halabi explained that discussions took place during the conference regarding preparing a memorandum of understanding between the Union of Arab Doctors and Pharmacists in France and Austria and the Arab-European Association. They agreed on its details, with signing to follow after completing necessary procedures.

A roadmap for post-conference cooperation was also established in scientific fields, workshops, and specialized conferences. Preparations are underway for two conferences in February: one on tumors in general, and another by the Union of Arab Medical Associations on \"Viruses and Diseases.\" Additionally, there is a plan for cooperation in organ transplantation, such as lung transplants, forming an organ transplantation authority, and discussing research lines to develop higher education.

Sharing Expertise from Expatriate Doctors

Similarly, Director General of the National Hospital in Damascus, Abdul Ghani Al-Shalabi, highlighted the scientific importance of the conference in exchanging expertise between doctors inside Syria and those arriving from abroad who shared their accumulated experience in expatriate countries. He noted that this expertise provides momentum for practical development in the National Hospital and other hospitals across the country, as the conference included doctors from all provinces, enabling them to benefit from the expatriate doctors' knowledge and the latest medical sciences according to their specialties.

The conference concluded with Minister Al-Halabi honoring the conference president, Dr. Abdul Munim Hamid, and the management committee members, in the presence of the Deputy Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Abeer Qudsi, and for Educational and Scientific Affairs, Ghaith Waraqzq.

The conference began last Friday, with the participation of over a thousand doctors, including specialists and pharmacists from Syria, Europe, the United States, and the Arabian Gulf countries, aiming to exchange scientific expertise, enhance medical education, and support Syrian hospitals with competencies and experience.

Protocole d'accord et congrès spécialisés

Dans une déclaration exclusive à Capital News, le ministre Al-Halabi a indiqué que des discussions ont eu lieu lors du congrès concernant la préparation d'un protocole d'accord entre l'Union des médecins et pharmaciens arabes en France et en Autriche et l'Association euro-arabe, avec un accord sur les détails, et une signature prévue après les démarches nécessaires.

Une feuille de route pour la coopération post-congrès a également été établie dans les domaines scientifiques, les ateliers et les congrès spécialisés. Deux congrès sont prévus en février : le premier sur les tumeurs en général, le second par l'Union des associations médicales arabes sur « Virus et maladies ». De plus, un plan de coopération en matière de transplantation d'organes, comme la transplantation pulmonaire, la création d'une autorité de transplantation d'organes, et la discussion de pistes de recherche pour développer l'enseignement supérieur, a été mis en place.

Partage d'expertise des médecins expatriés

Dans une déclaration similaire, le directeur général de l'Hôpital national de Damas, Abdul Ghani Al-Shalabi, a souligné l'importance scientifique du congrès pour l'échange d'expertise entre les médecins en Syrie et ceux venant de l'étranger, qui ont apporté leur expérience accumulée dans les pays d'expatriation. Il a indiqué que cette expertise donne un élan au développement pratique à l'hôpital national et dans les hôpitaux du pays, le congrès ayant rassemblé des médecins de toutes les provinces, leur permettant de bénéficier des connaissances des médecins expatriés et des dernières avancées en sciences médicales selon leur spécialité.

La clôture du congrès a été marquée par la distinction du ministre Al-Halabi au président du congrès, le docteur Abdul Munim Hamid, et aux membres du comité de gestion, en présence des adjoints du ministre de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique pour les affaires administratives et financières, Abeer Qudsi, et pour les affaires éducatives et scientifiques, Ghaith Waraqzq.

Le congrès avait débuté vendredi dernier, avec la participation de plus d'un millier de médecins, spécialistes et pharmaciens de Syrie, d'Europe, des États-Unis et des pays du Golfe arabe, dans le but d'échanger des expertises scientifiques, de renforcer l'enseignement médical et de soutenir les hôpitaux syriens avec des compétences et des expériences.

Capital News muhabirine özel açıklamada bulunan Bakan Al-Halabi, konferans kapsamında Fransa ve Avusturya'daki Arap Doktorlar ve Eczacılar Birliği ile Arap-Avrupa Derneği arasında bir mutabakat zaptı hazırlanması için görüşmeler yapıldığını ve detayların üzerinde anlaşıldığını, gerekli işlemlerin tamamlanmasının ardından imzalanacağını belirtti.

Konferans sonrası bilimsel alanlarda, atölye çalışmalarında ve uzmanlık konferanslarında iş birliği için bir yol haritası oluşturuldu. Şubat ayında iki konferans düzenlenmesi planlanıyor: biri genel tümörler üzerine, diğeri ise \"Virüsler ve Hastalıklar\" konulu Arap Tıp Dernekleri Birliği konferansı. Şam Ulusal Hastanesi Genel Müdürü Abdul Ghani Al-Shalabi, konferansın Suriye içindeki doktorlar ile yurt dışından gelen ve göç ettikleri ülkelerdeki deneyimlerini paylaşan doktorlar arasında bilgi alışverişi açısından önemini vurguladı. Bu deneyimlerin Ulusal Hastane ve ülke genelindeki hastanelerde pratik gelişime ivme kazandırdığını ifade etti. Konferans, tüm vilayetlerden doktorları kapsadığı için, katılımcılar göçmen doktorların bilgi birikiminden ve tıp alanındaki son gelişmelerden kendi uzmanlık alanlarına göre faydalandı.
