    "content": "<p>حماة-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>أعلن مدير مديرية الأمن الداخلي في منطقة مصياف إبراهيم المواس أن التحقيق في قضية اختفاء مواطنة من قرية دير شميل بريف حماة كشف عدم وقوع حادثة خطف، بل كان هناك اتفاق مسبق مع شخصين آخرين لادعاء الحادثة بهدف الاحتيال المالي على ذويها، مشيراً إلى توقيف الأشخاص الثلاثة على أطراف مدينة مصياف وإحالتهم إلى القضاء المختص.</p>\n\n<p>وقال المواس في تصريح اليوم: “باشرت وحداتنا المختصة التحقيق في بلاغ فقدان الاتصال بالمواطنة (ش.ص) من قرية دير شميل، بعد عودتها من مكان عملها، وبعد تنفيذ إجراءات البحث والتحري الأولية التي شملت مراجعة كاميرات المراقبة، واستجواب الشهود، وجمع المعلومات حول خط سيرها، تبين عدم وجود أي دليل يشير إلى وقوع حادثة خطف”.</p>\n\n<p>وأضاف المواس: “كثفت الأجهزة المعنية جهودها لمتابعة القضية، ومن خلال عمليات الرصد والمتابعة، تم تحديد مكان تواجد المواطنة برفقة شخصين في أحد المنازل على أطراف مدينة مصياف، وبموجب إذن من النيابة العامة تم توقيفهم، حيث ضبط بحوزتهم مواد مخدرة وسلاح فردي”.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضح المواس أن التحقيقات الأولية أظهرت اشتراك الموقوفة مع الشخصين في التخطيط المسبق لادعاء حادثة خطف وهمية بهدف الاحتيال المالي على ذويها، إضافة إلى قيامهم بأنشطة غير قانونية تشمل تعاطي المخدرات وممارسة الدعارة.</p>\n\n<p>وأشار المواس إلى إحالة جميع المتورطين إلى القضاء المختص لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية وفق الأنظمة النافذة.</p>\n\n<figure>\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/09f661777e7ad5f9a7fadff400d7a668267a6767.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/5427bdd8d6b3103cded0109d7aed8fb75363ed3a.jpg\"></figure>\n\n<figure><img src=\"uploads/news/c6d78fd5ea003b9bdf2388542ec9e3b18d5edeb1.jpg\"></figure>\n</figure>"

    "title": "Internal Security Uncovers Fake Kidnapping of Girl in Masyaf Countryside, Arrests Involved Individuals",
    "content": "<p>Hama - Al-Asima News</p>\n\n<p>The Director of the Internal Security Directorate in Masyaf area, Ibrahim Al-Mawas, announced that the investigation into the disappearance of a citizen from Deir Shamil village in the countryside of Hama revealed no actual kidnapping incident. Instead, there was a prearranged agreement with two others to fake the kidnapping in order to financially defraud her family. The three individuals were arrested on the outskirts of Masyaf city and referred to the competent judiciary.</p>\n\n<p>Al-Mawas stated today: “Our specialized units began investigating a report about the loss of contact with the citizen (S. Sh.) from Deir Shamil village after returning from her workplace. After conducting initial search and investigation procedures, including reviewing surveillance cameras, questioning witnesses, and gathering information about her route, it became clear that there was no evidence indicating a kidnapping incident.”</p>\n\n<p>He added: “The concerned authorities intensified their efforts to follow up the case. Through monitoring and tracking operations, the whereabouts of the citizen along with two individuals were identified in a house on the outskirts of Masyaf city.
