    "content": "<p>حماة-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>تمكنت قيادة الأمن الداخلي في محافظة حماة، بالتعاون مع فرع مكافحة الإرهاب، من إلقاء القبض على المجرمين بلال محرز الملقب بـ”السفاح” وشقيقه سيف الدين مصطفى محرز، المنحدرين من ريف المحافظة، لضلوعهما في ارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة بحق المدنيين خلال فترة حكم النظام السابق.</p>\n\n<p>ونقلت وزارة الداخلية عبر قناتها على تلغرام عن قائد الأمن الداخلي في المحافظة، العميد ملهم الشنتوت، قوله إن التحقيقات كشفت تورط المجرمين في ارتكاب جرائم حرب أثناء مشاركتهما في المعارك مع ميليشيات النظام السابق في عدة محافظات، شملت اعتقال المدنيين وتهجيرهم، والتمثيل بجثث الشهداء وتصويرها والتفاخر بها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.</p>\n\n<p>وأكد الشنتوت أن المجرمين أُحيلوا إلى القضاء المختص لينالا عقابهما العادل وفق القانون، مشدداً على أن الأمن الداخلي سيواصل جهوده لتعزيز الأمن ومحاسبة المجرمين في المحافظة.</p>",

    "content": "<p>Hama - Al-Omana News</p>\n\n<p>The Internal Security Directorate in Hama province, in cooperation with the Anti-Terrorism Branch, arrested criminals Bilal Mohrez, nicknamed “The Butcher,” and his brother Saif al-Din Mustafa Mohrez, from the countryside of the province, for their involvement in committing severe violations against civilians during the former regime.</p>\n\n<p>The Ministry of Interior, via its Telegram channel, quoted the Internal Security commander in the province, Brigadier General Milhem Al-Shantout, stating that investigations revealed the criminals&apos; involvement in war crimes while participating in battles with militias of the former regime in several provinces, including the detention and displacement of civilians, mutilation of martyrs’ bodies, photographing them, and boasting about it on social media platforms.</p>\n\n<p>Al-Shantout pointed out that the criminals were referred to the competent judiciary to receive their just punishment according to the law, emphasizing that the Internal Security will continue its efforts to enhance security and hold criminals accountable in the province.</p>",
