افتتح وزير الاتصالات وتقانة المعلومات عبد السلام هيكل اليوم مكتب بريد دوما في ريف دمشق، الذي يقدم كافة الخدمات البريدية للمواطنين بأعلى جودة ممكنة.

ويشمل المكتب مجموعة من الخدمات مثل صرف رواتب المتقاعدين الموطنة لدى المؤسسة السورية للبريد، وتنفيذ الحوالات البريدية والمالية، واستخراج وثيقة “غير موظف”، بالإضافة إلى خدمات البريد العاجل والبريد الرسمي الحكومي.

أوضح وزير الاتصالات في تصريح لمراسلة العاصمة نيوز أن افتتاح المكتب يعكس أهمية الشراكة بين المؤسسات الحكومية والمجتمع المحلي في إعادة تأهيل الخدمات العامة للمناطق، مؤكداً أن مدينة دوما ستكون نموذجاً في المرحلة القادمة للنهوض والإعمار في سوريا الجديدة.

ويُعد إنجاز مكتب البريد الجديد ثمرة تعاون بين مديرية بريد ريف دمشق ومحافظة ريف دمشق والمجتمع المحلي.

اعتبر مدير عام المؤسسة السورية للبريد عماد الدين حمد افتتاح المكتب خطوة جديدة لإعادة تفعيل الخدمات البريدية في جميع المناطق، مشيراً إلى أن المؤسسة تعمل على إعادة افتتاح مكاتبها في مختلف المحافظات.

وأشار حمد إلى أن مبنى مكتب بريد دوما كان مدمراً بالكامل، وتمت إعادة تأهيله وتجهيزه بجهود مشتركة، ليُستأنف العمل فيه ويقدّم الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين، مع إضافة خدمات جديدة تدريجياً، لافتاً إلى أن المكتب يخدم أكثر من مليون نسمة.

أوضح مدير بريد ريف دمشق محمد العلي أن افتتاح المكتب يأتي ضمن مبادرة “ريفنا بيستاهل” التي أطلقتها المديرية بالتعاون مع مجلس مدينة دوما والمجتمع المحلي، مشيراً إلى أن المكتب جُهّز بكامل الخدمات اللوجستية اللازمة لتقديم الخدمات البريدية الأساسية.

ولفت العلي إلى أن العمل جارٍ لإطلاق خدمات جديدة قريباً، تشمل الصراف العقاري والتجاري وخدمات السجل المدني، إلى جانب خدمات أخرى قيد التحضير.

من جهته، أوضح مدير منطقة الغوطة الشرقية محمد علي عامر أن جميع الخدمات المقدمة في المكتب مرتبطة إلكترونياً بشبكات الوزارات المعنية، مبيناً أن العمل مستمر لتفعيل مكاتب بريدية جديدة في مناطق أخرى من ريف دمشق مثل حران العواميد والنشابية.

يذكر أن المؤسسة السورية للبريد أعادت في تموز الماضي افتتاح مكتب بريد قدسيا بريف دمشق بعد استكمال أعمال التأهيل والصيانة، ضمن خطتها لتطوير الخدمات البريدية وتوسيع انتشارها في مختلف المناطق.

Today, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdelsalam Haikal inaugurated the Douma Post Office in Rural Damascus, which provides all postal services to citizens in the best possible manner.

The office offers a range of services including payment of pensions registered with the Syrian Post Corporation, execution of postal and financial transfers, issuance of the “Unemployed” certificate, in addition to express mail and official government postal services.

The Minister of Communications told Al Asima News correspondent that the opening reflects the importance of partnership between government institutions and the local community in rehabilitating public services in the regions, affirming that Douma city will be a model for the upcoming phase of recovery and reconstruction in the new Syria.

The new post office is the result of cooperation between the Rural Damascus Post Directorate, the Rural Damascus Governorate, and the local community.

Director General of the Syrian Post Corporation Imad Al-Din Hamad considered the opening a new step to reactivate postal services across all areas, noting that the corporation is working on reopening its offices in various provinces.

Hamad pointed out that the Douma Post Office building was completely destroyed and has been rehabilitated and equipped through joint efforts to resume work and provide essential services to citizens, with plans to gradually add new services. The office serves more than one million people.

Rural Damascus Post Director Mohammed Al-Ali explained that the opening is part of the “Our Countryside Deserves” initiative launched by the directorate in cooperation with the Douma City Council and the local community, noting that the office is fully equipped with the necessary logistical services to provide basic postal services.

Al-Ali noted that work is underway to launch new services soon, including real estate and commercial cashier services and civil registry services, alongside other services under preparation.

Meanwhile, Eastern Ghouta Area Director Mohammed Ali Amer stated that all services provided at the office are electronically linked to the relevant ministries’ networks, indicating ongoing efforts to activate new post offices in other Rural Damascus areas such as Harran Al-Awamid and Nashabiya.

It is noteworthy that the Syrian Post Corporation reopened the Qudsaya Post Office in Rural Damascus last July after completing rehabilitation and maintenance works, as part of its plan to develop and expand postal services across various areas.

Le nouveau bureau de poste est le fruit d'une coopération entre la direction des postes de la banlieue de Damas, la gouvernorat de la banlieue de Damas et la communauté locale.

Le directeur général de la Société syrienne des postes, Imad Al-Din Hamad, a considéré l'ouverture comme une nouvelle étape pour réactiver les services postaux dans toutes les régions, notant que la société travaille à la réouverture de ses bureaux dans plusieurs provinces.

Hamad a indiqué que le bâtiment du bureau de poste de Douma avait été complètement détruit et a été réhabilité et équipé grâce à des efforts conjoints pour reprendre le travail et fournir les services essentiels aux citoyens, avec des plans pour ajouter progressivement de nouveaux services. Le bureau dessert plus d'un million de personnes.

Le directeur des postes de la banlieue de Damas, Mohammed Al-Ali, a expliqué que l'ouverture fait partie de l'initiative « Notre campagne mérite » lancée par la direction en coopération avec le conseil municipal de Douma et la communauté locale, notant que le bureau est entièrement équipé des services logistiques nécessaires pour fournir les services postaux de base.

Al-Ali a souligné que le travail est en cours pour lancer prochainement de nouveaux services, notamment les services de caisse immobilière et commerciale ainsi que les services d'état civil, en plus d'autres services en préparation.

Par ailleurs, le directeur de la région de la Ghouta orientale, Mohammed Ali Amer, a indiqué que tous les services fournis au bureau sont liés électroniquement aux réseaux des ministères concernés, indiquant que les efforts se poursuivent pour activer de nouveaux bureaux de poste dans d'autres zones de la banlieue de Damas telles que Harran Al-Awamid et Nashabiya.

Il convient de noter que la Société syrienne des postes a rouvert en juillet dernier le bureau de poste de Qudsaya en banlieue de Damas après avoir achevé les travaux de réhabilitation et de maintenance, dans le cadre de son plan de développement et d'expansion des services postaux dans différentes régions.

İletişim Bakanı, Al Asima News muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, açılışın bölgesel kamu hizmetlerinin rehabilitasyonunda devlet kurumları ile yerel toplum arasındaki ortaklığın önemini yansıttığını belirtti ve Douma şehrinin yeni Suriye'de kalkınma ve yeniden inşa aşamasında bir model olacağını vurguladı.

Yeni postane, Kırsal Şam Posta Müdürlüğü, Kırsal Şam Valiliği ve yerel toplum arasında işbirliğinin bir sonucudur.

Suriye Posta Kurumu Genel Müdürü İmad El-Din Hamad, açılışı tüm bölgelerde posta hizmetlerini yeniden etkinleştirmek için yeni bir adım olarak değerlendirdi ve kurumun çeşitli illerdeki ofislerini yeniden açmak için çalıştığını belirtti.

Hamad, Douma Postane binasının tamamen yıkıldığını, ortak çabalarla rehabilite edilip donatıldığını, böylece çalışmanın yeniden başlayıp temel hizmetlerin vatandaşlara sunulduğunu ve yeni hizmetlerin kademeli olarak ekleneceğini belirtti. Postane, bir milyondan fazla kişiye hizmet vermektedir.

Kırsal Şam Posta Müdürü Muhammed Ali, açılışın, müdürlük tarafından Douma Belediye Meclisi ve yerel toplum işbirliğiyle başlatılan “Kırsalımız Hak Ediyor” girişimi kapsamında olduğunu açıkladı ve postanenin temel posta hizmetlerini sunmak için gerekli tüm lojistik hizmetlerle donatıldığını belirtti.

Ali, yakında gayrimenkul ve ticari vezne hizmetleri ile nüfus kayıt hizmetleri gibi yeni hizmetlerin başlatılması için çalışmaların sürdüğünü ve başka hizmetlerin de hazırlanmakta olduğunu kaydetti.

Doğu Guta Bölge Müdürü Muhammed Ali Amer ise, postanede sunulan tüm hizmetlerin ilgili bakanlıkların ağlarına elektronik olarak bağlı olduğunu ve Harran Al-Awamid ile Nashabiya gibi Kırsal Şam'ın diğer bölgelerinde yeni postanelerin açılması için çalışmaların devam ettiğini ifade etti.

Suriye Posta Kurumu, geçen Temmuz ayında Kırsal Şam'da bulunan Qudsaya Postanesini rehabilitasyon ve bakım çalışmalarının tamamlanmasının ardından yeniden açtı. Bu, kurumun posta hizmetlerini geliştirme ve çeşitli bölgelerde yaygınlaştırma planının bir parçasıdır.
