    "content": "<p>اللاذقية - العاصمة نيوز</p>\n\n<p>تمكنت قيادة الأمن الداخلي في محافظة اللاذقية من اعتقال المجرم سامر أديب عمران المتورط في ارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة بحق المدنيين من أبناء محافظة درعا.</p>\n\n<p>وأفادت وزارة الداخلية في بيان عبر قناتها على التلغرام بأن وحدات من قيادة الأمن الداخلي في اللاذقية، بالتعاون مع فرع مكافحة الإرهاب، نفذت عملية أمنية محكمة أسفرت عن القبض على سامر أديب عمران من بلدة عين البيضا في ريف اللاذقية الشمالي.</p>\n\n<p>وأضافت الوزارة أن المجرم الذي كان يشغل سابقاً منصب رئيس مفرزة الأمن العسكري في محافظة درعا خلال فترة حكم النظام السابق، متورط في ارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة بحق المدنيين، منها عمليات اغتيال وخطف وابتزاز وإخفاء قسري.</p>\n\n<p>وأوضحت التحقيقات أن المجرم كان يشغل دوراً قيادياً محورياً في تنظيم وإدارة هذه العمليات الإجرامية، وأدار شبكات واسعة لتهريب المخدرات وجمع المعلومات والتجسس، كما تورط بشكل مباشر في تصفية النشطاء والثوار وعائلاتهم.</p>\n\n<p>وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن المجرم أُحيل إلى القضاء المختص لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، مؤكدة استمرار وحداتها الأمنية في المحافظة بملاحقة جميع مرتكبي الجرائم ومحاسبتهم لضمان تحقيق العدالة الوطنية.</p>",
