    "content": "<p>حلب-العاصمة نيوز</p>\n<p>أفاد مراسل العاصمة نيوز بالتوصل إلى اتفاق لوقف إطلاق النار في حيي الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية بمدينة حلب.</p>\n<p>وكانت قوات قسد قد استهدفت الليلة الماضية حواجز قوى الأمن الداخلي في محيط الشيخ مقصود، ما أسفر عن استشهاد عنصر وإصابة أربعة آخرين.</p>\n<p>كما تعرضت الأحياء السكنية في محيط الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية لقصف بقذائف الهاون والرشاشات الثقيلة، وانتشر قناصة قسد على أسطح عدد من المباني السكنية في الحيين، وامتدت الاعتداءات لتشمل حيي الميدان وبستان الباشا في حلب، ما أدى إلى إصابة عدد من المدنيين بينهم نساء وأطفال، وتم نقلهم إلى مستشفى الرازي.</p>\n<p>وأسفر القصف الصاروخي لقسد على حي سيف الدولة عن استشهاد مدني وإصابة أربعة آخرين، كما أصيبت سيدة في حي الشيخ طه بنيران قناصة قسد المتمركزين في حي الشيخ مقصود.</p>\n<h2>اكتشاف نفق لقسد وتفجيره</h2>\n<p>أوضح مصدر عسكري للعاصمة نيوز أن قوات الجيش اكتشفت أمس نفقاً لقوات قسد يربط مواقعها بمنطقة خلف مواقع الجيش والأمن في محيط حي الأشرفية، وتم تفجيره، مشيراً إلى أن قسد أعدت النفق لأغراض تخريبية واستخدمته للتسلل وتنفيذ عمليات ضد قوات الجيش والأمن.</p>\n<p>وأضاف المصدر أنه بعد اكتشاف النفق وتفجيره، قامت قسد بإرسال عناصر بلباس مدني واشتباكت مع حواجز الأمن الداخلي بالعصي والحجارة لإشغالهم، قبل أن تتسلل عناصر مسلحة وتستهدف الحواجز.</p>\n<p>وبعد ذلك بدأ الجيش بنشر الحواجز لإغلاق الطرق المؤدية إلى المنطقة وأعاد انتشار قواته في محيطها.</p>\n<h2>إجراءات الجيش وإعادة الانتشار</h2>\n<p>وأوضحت إدارة الإعلام والاتصال في وزارة الدفاع أن تحركات الجيش العربي السوري تأتي ضمن خطة إعادة انتشاره على بعض المحاور شمال وشمال شرق سوريا، وذلك رداً على الاعتداءات المتكررة لقوات قسد واستهدافها للأهالي وقوى الجيش والأمن، ومحاولتها السيطرة على نقاط وقرى جديدة، مؤكدة الالتزام باتفاق العاشر من آذار وعدم وجود نوايا لعمليات عسكرية.</p>\n<p>وأكدت الإدارة أن الجيش يتحمل مسؤولياته في حماية أرواح المدنيين وممتلكاتهم، وكذلك الحفاظ على أرواح أفراد الجيش وقوى الأمن من اعتداءات قوات قسد المتكررة.</p>\n<h2>محافظ حلب: ملتزمون باتفاق 10 آذار ومجال الحوار مفتوح</h2>\n<p>أكد محافظ حلب عزام الغريب أن قوى الأمن الداخلي وقوات وزارة الدفاع تسعى للحفاظ على أمن وسلامة المواطنين، وأن إعادة انتشار قوات الجيش والأمن على أطراف المدينة جاءت بعد الانتهاكات المستمرة التي قامت بها قوات قسد بدعم من فلول خارجة عن القانون.</p>\n<p>وأشار المحافظ إلى أن الحكومة حرصت على الصبر والالتزام باتفاقية العاشر من آذار، ولا يزال المجال مفتوحاً للحوار، معبراً عن سعي الحكومة مع الأطراف المعنية إلى التهدئة ووقف الاشتباكات.</p>\n<p>يذكر أن الدولة السورية توصلت في العاشر من آذار الماضي إلى اتفاق مع قوات سوريا الديمقراطية ينص على اندماجها ضمن مؤسسات الجمهورية العربية السورية، ويؤكد على وحدة الأراضي السورية ورفض التقسيم.</p>",

    "title": "Ceasefire Agreement Reached in Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh Districts of Aleppo",
    "content": "<p>Aleppo - Al-Asima News</p>\n<p>Our correspondent reports that a ceasefire agreement has been reached in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh districts of Aleppo city.</p>\n<p>Last night, QSD forces targeted Internal Security checkpoints around Sheikh Maqsoud, resulting in the death of one member and injuries to four others.</p>\n<p>They also shelled residential neighborhoods in the vicinity of Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh with mortar shells and heavy machine guns. Their snipers spread across rooftops of several residential buildings in the two districts. The attacks extended to the Al-Midan and Bustan Al-Basha districts in Aleppo, causing injuries to several civilians including women and children, who were transferred to Al-Razi Hospital.</p>\n<p>A civilian was killed and four others injured in a rocket attack by QSD on the Seif al-Dawla neighborhood, while a woman was wounded in Sheikh Taha neighborhood by sniper fire from QSD positioned in Sheikh Maqsoud.</p>\n<h2>Discovery and Detonation of QSD Tunnel</h2>\n<p>A military source told Al-Asima News that the army discovered yesterday a tunnel used by QSD linking their positions to an area behind the army and security sites near Ashrafieh neighborhood, which was detonated. The source indicated that QSD prepared the tunnel for sabotage operations and used it to infiltrate and carry out attacks against the army and security forces.</p>\n<p>After the tunnel was discovered and detonated, QSD sent members dressed in civilian clothes who clashed with Internal Security checkpoints using sticks and stones to distract them, before armed elements infiltrated and targeted the checkpoints.</p>\n<p>Subsequently, the army began deploying checkpoints to close roads leading to the area and redeployed forces around it.</p>\n<h2>Army Measures and Redeployment</h2>\n<p>The Media and Communication Department of the Ministry of Defense stated that the Syrian Arab Army’s movements are part of a plan to redeploy on some fronts in northern and northeastern Syria, following repeated attacks by QSD against civilians, army, and security forces, and attempts to control new points and villages. It affirmed commitment to the March 10 agreement and denied any intentions for military operations.</p>\n<p>The department emphasized the army’s responsibility to protect civilians’ lives and property, as well as the lives of army and security personnel from repeated QSD attacks.</p>\n<h2>Aleppo Governor: Committed to March 10 Agreement and Dialogue Remains Open</h2>\n<p>Aleppo Governor Azzam Al-Gharib affirmed that the Internal Security forces and Ministry of Defense troops seek to maintain citizens’ security and safety. The redeployment of army and security forces on the city’s outskirts came after continuous violations by QSD, supported by outlawed factions.</p>\n<p>The governor noted that the government has exercised patience and adhered to the March 10 agreement, and the door remains open for dialogue. He stressed the government’s efforts with concerned parties to achieve calm and halt clashes.</p>\n<p>On March 10, the Syrian state reached an agreement with the Syrian Democratic Forces to integrate them into the institutions of the Syrian Arab Republic, affirming Syria’s territorial unity and rejecting division.</p>",
