استراتيجية لصحة السوريين\"، يهدف إلى تحديث وتجهيز مخابر المشافي الجامعية في سوريا، ومواكبة التطورات الطبية العالمية، وتوفير رعاية صحية متطورة للمرضى، وتحسين الخدمات والقطاع الصحي في البلاد، وذلك خلال مؤتمر عُقد اليوم في فندق البوابات السبع (الشيراتون سابقاً) بدمشق.</p>\n\n<h2>\"مشروع يؤمن بيئة أكاديمية ومهنية تعزز قدرات الأطباء والطلاب\"</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img سوريا بالتعاون مع منظمة \"الإنسانية للجميع\" يعد خطوة رائدة في مسيرة إعادة البناء والعمران، وترسيخ التكامل بين الجامعات وقطاع الصحة، في إطار الأولوية للإنسان. واعتبر أن المشروع يجسد قيم التضامن الإنساني ويعكس الإرادة الوطنية للنهوض بالمؤسسات التعليمية والصحية معاً.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأشار الوزير الحلبي إلى أن المشروع يشكل جسراً بين العلم والإنسان، وامتداداً لرسالة إنسانية الطب، بتوفير بيئة أكاديمية ومهنية تعزز قدرات الأطباء والطلاب السوريين، وتسهم في تقديم أفضل سبل التشخيص والعلاج للمواطنين، ويمهد الطريق لربط مخابر الوزارة وجامعات العالم، وفتح أبواب العلم والابتكار أمام الطلاب مدير منظمة \"الإنسانية للجميع\" أيمن اليسوف أن فكرة المشروع تستند إلى تقييم احتياجات المخابر في معظم المشافي، خاصة مع وجود أجهزة مخبرية شبه متهالكة، مما يستدعي تحديثها للارتقاء بخدمات التشخيص والعلاج وتقديم خدمات طبية متطورة، بالإضافة إلى تحديث البنية التحتية. وأشار إلى أن المرحلة الأولى ستبدأ بتحديث مخابر مشافي وزارة التعليم العالي مثل مشفى البيروني، والمشفى الوطني، ومشفى جراحة القلب، على أن يتم تحديث مخابر كافة المشافي السورية خلال فترة تتراوح بين سنة وسنة ونصف. كما كشف عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع وزارة الصحة قريباً لتشمل جميع مشافي سوريا التابعة لوزارتي الصحة والتعليم العالي.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>أكد ممثل وزير الصحة ومدير الإسعاف والطوارئ نجيب النعسان، أن الوزارة تولي أهمية قصوى لتطوير البنية التحتية الصحية ورفع جودة الخدمات الطبية، معتبراً المشروع خطوة استراتيجية لصحة السوريين ونقلة نوعية في تطوير وتجهيز مختبرات المشافي بأحدث الأجهزة المخبرية التي تضمن الاستفادة المثلى من التقنيات الحديثة.</p>\n\n<h2>\"خطة مدروسة من مرحلتين\"</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/1d8528f513a6f14497680ebd6a78def670af5be2.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>أشار مدير المشاريع في منظمة \"الإنسانية للجميع\" محمد غازي إلى وجود خطة عمل مدروسة للمشروع تعتمد على مرحلتين: الأولى تشمل تجهيز البنى التحتية في المشافي المستهدفة وفق معايير المخابر العالمية، وتزويدها بأحدث الأجهزة التي تتميز بدقة النتائج وسرعة الإنجاز وكفاءة تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية، بالإضافة إلى تأهيل الكوادر الطبية والفنية وإنشاء غرف لضبط الجودة لمراقبة أداء المخابر بشكل مستمر.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>وأضاف غازي أن المرحلة الثانية ستشمل الربط العالمي، حيث تشارك سوريا لأول مرة في برنامج ضبط جودة خارجي عالمي (External Quality Control- EQC) معتمد من بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة، وبعد 6 أشهر من التطبيق سيزور فريق مختص من وكالة ISO للمخابر المشافي لمنحها شهادة 15189 ISO الخاصة بمتطلبات الجودة في المخابر الطبية، تليها شهادة 17025 ISO المتعلقة بالكفاءة العامة والمعايير العالمية.</p>\n\n<h2>\"توقيع اتفاقية تعاون\"</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img الحلبي ومدير المنظمة أيمن اليسوف، تهدف إلى إضافة تجهيزات ومختبرات حديثة للبنية التحتية للمشافي الجامعية، وتأمين بيئة أكاديمية ومهنية تعزز قدرات الأطباء والطلاب، وتقديم أفضل سبل التشخيص والعلاج للمواطنين، إضافة إلى عرض بروموهات تعريفية بالمنظمة وبأحدث التقنيات والأجهزة المخبرية العالمية.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>حضر المؤتمر وزراء المالية، والاقتصاد والصناعة، والتربية والتعليم، والتنمية He indicated that the project will start by modernizing laboratories of Ministry of Higher Education hospitals such as Al-Biruni Hospital, the National Hospital, and the Cardiac Surgery Hospital, aiming to update all Syrian hospital laboratories within a year to a year and a half. Bu sayede modern teknolojilerden en iyi şekilde faydalanılacak.</p>\n\n<h2>\"İki Aşamalı Planlı Yaklaşım\"</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/1d8528f513a6f14497680ebd6a78def670af5be2.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>\"Humanity for All\" proje yöneticisi Mohammad Ghazi, projenin iki aşamadan oluşan iyi planlanmış bir çalışma planına sahip olduğunu belirtti: Birinci aşama, hedeflenen hastanelerin altyapılarının tam donanımlı hale getirilmesini, uluslararası laboratuvar standartlarına uygun çalışmalarını, doğru ve hızlı sonuç veren, işletme maliyetlerini azaltan en yeni cihazlarla donatılmasını, tıbbi ve teknik personelin eğitilmesini ve kalite kontrol odalarının oluşturulmasını içeriyor. Bu odalar, laboratuvarların performansını sürekli izleyerek gerekli standartlara uyumu garanti edecek.</p>\n</div></div>\n\n<p>Ghazi, ikinci aşamanın ise küresel bağlantıyı kapsadığını, Suriye’nin ilk kez İngiltere ve ABD tarafından onaylanan Uluslararası Dış Kalite Kontrolü (External Quality Control - EQC) programına katılacağını belirtti. Programın altı ay uygulanmasının ardından, ISO Laboratuvar Ajansı’ndan uzman bir ekip hastaneleri ziyaret ederek tıbbi laboratuvar kalite gereksinimleri için ISO 15189 sertifikasını verecek, ardından genel yeterlilik ve uluslararası standartlarla ilgili ISO 17025 sertifikası takip edecek.</p>\n\n<h2>\"İş Birliği Anlaşmasının İmzalanması\"</h2>\n\n<div><figure><img src=\"uploads/news/4066c3fc5f9000000bc56d2ce61741f4325f37b3.jpg\"></figure><div>\n<p>Konferansta, Yükseköğretim ve Bilimsel Araştırma Bakanlığı ile \"Humanity for All\" organizasyonu arasında bir iş birliği anlaşması imzalandı.
